Me gusto mucho lo serviciales que son los muchachos que trabajan en recepcion en todo momento estan dispuestos ayudarte.
El desayuno buffet muy bueno y el precio por noche del hotel de las mejores opciones del poblado!! La distancia al parque lleras y a provenza bien cerca hasta caminanro puedes ir y super seguro el area que rodea el hotel Lo recomiendo al 100%

Excelente estancia para descansar.
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, la habitación es muy cómoda y el personal es súper amable (tanto del hotel como del restaurante). Nosotros viajamos con un bebé y el personal del restaurante siempre estuvo presto para facilitarnos agua caliente y fría. El desayuno es muy variado y rico.

Cons:

La inestabilidad del wifi, tuve que conectarme por un tema del trabajo y a veces la red iba y venía.

Cons:

2 cosas no me gustaron. La oferta era que el pago se hacía en el hotel el día de la llegada. Pues bien, me hicieron pagar por adelantado y así no fue la oferta, dice el hotel que la primera noche se debía pagar y nosotros solo íbamos a estar una noche, es decir; la oferta fue una y la obligación de pago otra completamente diferente. La segunda cosa que no me gustó es que yo busqué una oferta que tuviera parqueadero gratis, un día antes de la llegada me envían un mensaje diciendo que el parqueadero está sujeto a disponibilidad y aunque no hubo problema para parqueadero me preocupa que Booking oferté una cosa y a la hora de la verdad el hospedaje cambié las reglas de la oferta; eso me genera inseguridad y desconfianza

THE WORST PLACE I’VE STAYED.
Pros:

The HOSTEL looks great on the website and from the outside, but believe me it’s NOT a hotel. I checked in and immediately checked out.

Cons:

I didn’t like anything about this place. It felt like a prison. I sat on the bed for a minute and you could feel wire from the mattress come out.
