Ottima posizione, nel cuore di El Poblado. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile, anche se vi sono state grandi difficoltà di comprensione, visto che non parlano una parola di inglese.
Prima colazione abbastanza completa e sostanziosa

Cons:

Il bagno veramente angusto e la doccia allagava tutto il pavimento, nonostante il box doccia.
Non c’è dotazione di un armadio
Fino ad una certa ora della notte è piuttosto rumoroso a causa di un locale adiacente che tiene la musica accesa ad alto volume

La ubicacion es muy buena. Tiene varios restaurantes bastante cerca que son riquisimos. El recepcionista que esta durante el dia (Luis Fernando) es el mejor, super amable, nos ayudo en todo lo que le solicitamos, siempre tenia una sonrisa y siempre estuvo en la disposicion para resolver cualquier asunto presentado y que nuestra estancia fuera de nuestro agradoEl desayuno bastante Bueno! Tenian variedad, el cafe muy rico, y los omelette. El servicio de la mesera y los cocineros fue excelente.

Cons:

El dia que llegamos no fue muy amable el recepcionista. Tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para poder hacer el checkin por motivos de documentacion solicitada, la cual desconociamos que necesitabamos para la estancia. Las habitaciones son "normal", las camas son duras, el aire no enfria tanto. Eramos 4 personas en la habitacion y todos los dias tuve que ir a buscar toallas pq siempre me dejaban menos toallas.
