Terrible experiencia
Pros:

La habitación olia terrible. Las cobijas super pesadas. Colchon incomodo, muy blando. Ruido desde 4 Am no deja dormir. Desayuno solo tenia opcion de jugo, pan y cafe. Pan durisimo.

Pros:

Front desk staff were amazing! Location was OK and quite, a short taxi ride to the Plaza de Armas. Room was extremely cold and though there was heating options, that came at an extra cost. WiFi was free, but wasn't available in our room.

Pros:

Es gab einen Gratisshuttle vom Flughafen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer hell und mit Safe. Das Frühstücksbuffet klein aber von sehr guter Qualität. Das Stadtzentrum war zu Fuss erreichbar.

Beautiful, clean hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our bus into Arequipa arrived 5 hours late and we didn't get in until 4:30am but they kindly welcomed us anyway. They also went out of their way to get soy milk for us. The location is close to the main square and the room was well decorated, clean, and comfortable.
