Hola llegamos como a la 1:30 am nos atendió una Sta la cual dijo que nos hacía el cobro directamente a nuestra tarjeta que el ingreso tenía que ser ese rato si no , no podíamos entrar y que era otro día , pues acccedimos el hotel es una porquería el desayuno es una taza de café con huevos revueltos y una arepa no dan bebidas frías la habitación están con toallas húmedas hay que pedir el turco dañado el baño con chorros por fuera de la ducha en recepción no hay quien atienda 2 días nos dejaron sin desayuno porque había mucha gente y una sola persona en la cosina sin jabón sin acondicionador agua fría en las duchas por último salimos 3 días antes y hicimos una carta al administrador y pedimos hablar con el administrador y dijeron que nunca llega al hotel
Nos dieron un correo el cual fue devuelto porque lo hicieron adrede es pésimo el hotel

Schoon, comfortabel hotel met een aangename look&feel.
Pros:

Schoon, comfortabel hotel met een prima ontbijt. De locatie is ook goed en de uitstraling van het hotel in licht en mooi. De bedden zijn groot en een warme douche (wat niet overal het geval is ook al wordt dat wel benoemd).

Cons:

Geen van de hosts sprak engels, ook niet een beetje. Ik vind van een hotel dat je wel zoiets mag verwachten. Dat maakt de communicatie heel lastig als je zelf geen Spaans spreekt. De wifi op de kamer is zeer minimaal, alleen beneden bij de receptie had je een goede ontvangst.

Genial el hotel
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la limpieza, el servicio excelente te hacen sentir cómoda, la flexibilidad de horario, precio, el tamaño habitación es grande, tiene neverita, aire acondicionado, te ayudan con lo que necesites. El desayuno es bueno.

Cons:

Le falta un restaurante, pero está muy cerca de restaurantes en las calles cercana como provenza.

Redelijk. Locatie goed!
Pros:

Aardig personeel, behulpzaam. Op loopafstand van de drukke straat van Poblado met bars en restaurant maar wel heel rustig gelegen.

Cons:

Kamers niet zoals op de foto's. Kamers mogen een flinke opknapbeurt gebruiken.
Erg gehorig. Als er laat of snachts iemand aanbelt om naar binnen te kunnen hoor je de bel in je kamer zo hard, heel bijzonder.
Poblado als wijk viel ons ook tegen. Heel erg duur alles. Maar 1 leuke drukke straat en dan houdt het wel een beetje op. Ook net even te ver uit centrum en Laureles. Wij vonden de wijk Laureles leuker..
