Pros:

Near the airport and reasonably priced.
Neighborhood is horrible. Rough to be out at night. Front desk helped is to get a driver to go to the Salt Cathedral. The girl at the front desk was nice enough to print out our plane tickets.

Cons:

Toilet water pressure is not good. Exhaust fan in bathroom disnt work. The bathroom had an odor in the am since left it closed and rooms are musty. Blinds were filthy and had holes. Since no ac had to have windows opened so you hear everything outside!!! Breakfast is mediocre. The lady making breakfast was not on time the 2 nights we were there. She has to cook downstairs. One day she gave us an excuse because it was Sunday hardly no public transportation. Then she should have called a taxi.!

Le personnel du petit déjeuner était adorable.

Le monsieur de l'accueil en fin d'après midi est exécrable, ( mon espagnol est précaire) il ne fait pas d'effort pour comprendre ma demande d'avoir une personne supplémentaire dans la chambre soit passer de 3 a 4 personnes dans la chambre, il m'impose de payer la chambre, et lorsque ma fille arrive après nous pour lui expliquer, le prix pour une personne supplémentaire est le prix d'une chambre ! Pour être à 4 dans la chambre je trouve abusé. Et il refuse d'annuler la 3e personne. ma fille est allée dans un autre hôtel avec son compagnon étant donné la différence de prix. Vraiment pas aimable ni arrangeant. Il a fallu demander à un autre employé le lendemain matin pour avoir une chambre moins bruyante car le premier refusait. Le lit était inconfortable. Le quartier est peu sécurisé surtout la nuit et il est loin des restaurants notamment le soir. Pour le même prix vous trouvez mieux ailleurs.

Pros:

Tamanho dos quartos e a educação da senhora do café da manhã

Cons:

Ficamos do quarto 802, que fica para o lado da avenida, e o quarto não tem janela anti ruído, assim tinha muito barulho da avenida, o que incomodou um pouco, também deixa o quarto frio durante a noite
