Pros:

Fint hotell i klassisk stil med jättefin frukost och härlig terrass högst upp. Skulle gärna bo här igenom om vi kom tillbaka till Ortigia. Smidigt med privat parkering på andra sidan gatan och bra service.

Cons:

AC:n var inte helt bra, den hade svårt att få ned temperaturen i rummet.

Memorable stay, we loved it!
Pros:

Very convenient location, easy to reach by car, and easy to walk to good restaurants, nice shops and memorable scenic views of the bay and the open Mediterranean Sea.

Cons:

Room was oddly constructed, with a second level whose function was unclear. Having the same amount of space (square footagel) but all on one level would have been much nicerl

Beautiful hotel, great location and amazing Silivia
Pros:

Ortea Palace is a beautiful and historical inspiring hotel. It is situatiated perfectly for both arriving and exploring Ortigia.
We stayed at a junior suite at the top floor with a perfect view of the water and a terrasse with sun all day.
The best however was the attention, kindness and professional of the staff in general and Silvia at the front office in particular.
She was simply amazing - she is a sure 10.
The reason why I score our stay an 8 and not a 10 is the missing pool/outside area for the shoulder season and the really cheap furniture on our terrasse, which was really not fitting for your beautiful hotel as well as the opening hours of the Spa area.

Pros:

Hotel excelente, con todo lo necesario para que tu estadía sea maravillosa. Excelente desayuno, buenas habitaciones y el personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación inmejorable

Very nice. Good location
Pros:

The staff is charming, The building is charming with belle époque flair. Spacious and luminous room with comfortable bed.
The bathroom is spacious and looks fancy. The restaurant is well located on the last floor with a nice view. Here too the staff is appreciable, especially at breakfast. There is also a nice salon to come down after a rocambolesque driving. The private parking in front of the hotel is appreciable and more than twice cheaper than parking on the marina.
