La ubicación es excelente...pero el desayuno me pareció muy regular esta vez, no hay donde calentar el pan. las opciones de cereales eran pocas. y aparte del huevo, los complementos muy regulares..... he sido cliente del hotel en otras ocasiones y me parece que desmejoro bastante....

He sido cliente del hotel varias ocaciones... voy a la feria hace muchisimos años. La atención del personal del Front Desk fue pésima. Arribamos a las 1030 am desde Medellín. Somos 4 amigos y cada uno reservo habitación privada. No nos querían entregar ni siquiera una habitación para desempacar y cambiarnos para irnos "de feria". Nos atendió de manera repulsiva y cero servicial Didier. Al final me metí a la oficina de la admón. y una niña nos dijo que estaba ya disponible la 801, y le toco entregárnosla de mal gusto.... Luego regresamos a la 1:30 pm y no atendió Alexander. Peor el trato. nos nos quiso colaborar y así tuvimos que irnos para Toros....sin habitaciones entregadas, hasta las 7:30pm....EL COLMO.

Old, hard bed. Broken lamps. 1.5mbps internet. Dirty curtains and fridge area never cleaned. Look at my pictures - disgusting.
