We didn’t even end up spending one night here. It was unsafe, the lock on the door was broken, the pool was dirty, and we couldn’t even get a refund on it.

We really enjoyed the hotel, nice and cozy pool, friendly staff, acceptable rooms and everything is on a walkable distance.

This was my first time staying in Cartagena so I was worried but the staff at the hotel and the restaurant next to it were very kind! They gave us great recommendations and advice for our stay. The hotel is not the most modern, some showers had low pressure, and the rooms had a damp smell to it but if you’re only staying for a few days you should be fine

El personal es amable

O hotel fica numa area repleta de restaurantes, cafeterias, cassino, sorveteria, farmácias, lojinhas. O hotel tem uma piscina pequena, mas muito bem cuidada e com area verde ao redor. A decoração das areas comuns é um plus. Os funcionários são muitos atenciosos, simpáticos e receptivos. Tem muito Uber disponível ao redor e o máximo que esperei por um carro foram 2 minutos. O restaurante que fica acoplado ao hotel, junto a recepção, tem excelentes drinks e sempre com música (tinha até dj uma noite). Têm água quente no banheiro e o chuveiro era excelente. O café da manhã é simples, mas tudo feito com carinho e a comida estava muito boa. O quarto estava com cheiro forte de mofo por estar fechado, mas ao abrir a janela, rapidinho passou. Limparam o quarto diariamente durante a estadia. Foi uma excelente experiência. Recomendo.

Hotel bien ubicado y buena limpieza. Sin embargo, tenía unos detalles, por ejemplo la llave del lavamanos del baño no funcionaba bien y la chica de la recepción dijo que iba a informarle a mantenimiento pero durante mi estadía no la repararon.

nice hotel in a great area, great value

The staff was bad. The pictures which are in the website are fake!. It's not how they show it. The hotel is rusty, fifty and the sheets aren't wash they smell like sweat.

Poor managed, when presented the in convenience no manager was available neither follow up on it
The room door did not lock and two days in a raw had to wait more than 15” waiting to be fixed and the third decided to leave since we had a commitment and we where late
Upon arrival ask questions about the area, things to do and staff was careless, said no idea and look on internet.
Then two days on repairs, noise and dirt everywhere and not even an apology or excuse on it
The pool area is dirty and poor maintain. And looks more like a bath than a pool
The tv did not had signal, so useless
We ended up moving to another property this was not worth
Stay away from this place if you plan to enjoy your time.
When trying to express the feedback and frustration nobody cares and they said the owner she is the only one to speak and never appeared or made herself available

Dog-friendly, nice little pool area, the room is spacious and the staff comes to clean it quite often
