A vintage baroque style design hotel housed within a modernistic shopping mall building next to the Taipei Main Station. We are like staying in an art museum.
Location is super convenient and easy access to airport train, MRT and bus to various tourists attractions.
The front desk staff are all friendly and warm.
Service was top notch, every single staff we met was friendly and courteous, they let us leave our bags for 2 nights after checking out even though we weren’t returning to stay at the hotel, which was highly appreciated. The bathroom was very good, our family quad room had both a bath tub and a separate shower and separate toilet. Great water pressure and temperature control. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of 4 and our 3 suitcases. Location couldn’t be better, just cross the pedestrian bridge to get to the train station. There is a big shopping mall QSquare right next door too.
Nothing at all
The hotel is top notch, outstanding service and very knowledgeable staff , very friendly staff and helpful , ( I lost my bathroom bag and they went out of their way they found it for me !) I love the hotel location, the entire hotel design very romantic with low lighting , the room is very nice, clean , spacious and comfortable ! I just love the whole week when we were there , I definitely going to stay there every year when I visit Taiwan ! Had been many different hotels in different places , this is most enjoyable hotel I ever been !
The hotel operates as a 5 star hotel. Every detail has been attended to. Example- in my room there’s a round soaking tub, and they have a little electric flickering candle alongside for ambiance, the toilet has a (Toto?) bidet, and it has a seat warmer which is so nice. For our room we had complimentary minibar and Lounge access. The lounge was on the top floor along with their 3 Michelin Star restaurant, and the lounge was amazing. It had beautiful views of the city, was clubby with lots of comfy leather chairs and library decor, a ton of all kind of alcohol- more than I was familiar with- and cheese, charcuterie, cookies, pastries, candy, juices, teas, coffee, and the staff will get you ice cream or other items (I forget what) if you so wish. And the breakfast buffet is spectacular, full of all kinds of hot and cold items, all cooked perfectly and tasting delicious.
While we paid for a high class experience, we were not disappointed. This was such a treat to stay here and enjoy the exceptional service and feel pampered.
Superb hotel with truly incredible staff. Cyndi Huang was unbelievably helpful; always on duty, delightful to deal with.

Great rooms & location, couldn't have had a better experience.
Special thanks to Andy for his excellent hospitality and for the kind gifts.
What a beautiful hotel! Had one night in Taipei and we couldn’t have found a better spot! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a large variety of tasty selections.
El personal y las instalaciones
La oscuridad del hotel
Breakfast was good, lost of variety from eastern to western options. Location is great, right to Taipei Main Station + buses + MRT. The hotel itself is superb, well decorated and service was excellent!
Great location. Very central to the main station which is the nerve centre of Taipei easy to get to from the MRT through a shopping Centre. Very comfortable bed and nice room. They are focused on everything a good Hotel should. Very comfortable bed good quality linen easy to work Aircon good shower and bath. There is a very nice salon on the 17th floor which is remarkably relaxing.
The breakfast were a little disappointing. Beautifully laid out and considered, but the hot western options were often cold or tepid at best. The best option is to order the omelette which has to be made from a fresh and probably had the most flavour. The hotel also is proud of its gloomy atmosphere but a little more light in parts would’ve been beneficial.
Nice and warm room service. Also rapid maintenance service on washbasin in room.
