Old world charm with modern facilities creating a luxurious stay in heart of Taipei
Pros:

Decor. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms and beds very comfortable and spacious. Location right nxt to mall and station very convenient. Quiet.

Cons:

Toilet cubicle seemed clean but smelled a bit maybe from drainage hole next to toilet. Need more places in bathroom area behind privacy curtain to hang or place things like toiletries or change of clothes.

On the whole, it was a very good experience.
Pros:

The location is excellent.
The bed was very comfortable.
The convenient sparkling room for water provision is an excellent idea.
The staff were friendly and, on the whole, helpful.

Cons:

The hotel dining room is rather gloomy.
There could have been more choice for vegetarians at breakfast, e.g., hot noodles with stir-fried vegetables would have been nice.
The bathroom was separated from the bedroom by only a curtain; a proper bathroom with wall and door would have been much better.
Unfortunately, a staff member made an error with the cost of extending the stay, which led to a slightly unpleasant interaction at check out.

위치도 좋고, 전체적으로 만족합니다. 조식 레스토랑도 분위기 좋아요. 다만, 맛은 매우 좋다고는 할 수 없었네요. 개별 식재료들의 퀄리티는 좀 더 신경써줬으면 좋았을 거 같아요. 미슐랭 3스타 레스토랑을 쉽게 예약하고, 이용할 수 있는 건 좋았어요.

Cons:

나름 좋은 룸에 머물렀는데, 세면대의 배수관이 트러블을 일으켰어요. 물이 안빠져서 머무는 동안 불편했어요.
