Gut mit kleinen Schönheitsfehler...
Cons:

Ich hatte meines Wissens nach 2 Betten gebucht.. Es war ein Doppelbett..etwas unangenehm, wenn man mit Kollegin reist.
Die Toiletten sind ohne Tür..ebenfalls etwas schräg..
Aber trotzdem man hat sich arrangiert..
Zimmerservice wie putzen , Bettenmachen, frische Handtücher war für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes nicht vorhanden..
Es war mein 3. Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, jedesmal wurde es etwas 'praktischer' für die Hotelleitung..
Aber ok.. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt

Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect, very central.

Cons:

There was no staff upon arrival which we did except after looking through the reviews. There was no fridge, no extra towels, no extra pillows or blankets. The a/c did not work so did the tv.

Mittlerweile.
Pros:

Lage fast Zentral.Wahr keine Früschtück.

Cons:

Geruch nach Kanalisation. Neben Bett keine Ablageplatte,in Dusche keine einzige Hacker für Badetuch

Veel lawaai, geen ontbijt mogelijk niet echt schoon

Ligging tov centrum

Cons:

Geen receptie, geen ontbijt, veel lawaai op straat, met name door bocht in tramlijn. Iedere paar minuten een tram en dit vanaf 6:00 in de morgen.

Confort en centre ville
Pros:

Tout est très bien expliqué en amont pour pouvoir arriver dans les meilleurs conditions. La literie est très confortable et les volumes pour la salle de bain et le lavabo sont très correct. La situation est idéale, tout peut se faire à pieds.

Cons:

Pas de signal TV, mais je n'en avais pas besoin.

Practical and close to get everywhere
Pros:

Very centrical - next to restaurants, shops and tram. The room was modern and coffee or tea ready at the table. It had air con and also you can open the window.

Cons:

The mattress was not comfortable. It seemed it was old and really used. You get a email that or you pay 25€ (not refounded) or they take you 250€ (and the refounded) it case of break stuff or bad use and that didn’t seem fair since there’s no actual service to help you. It’s self check in through a code you recieve through mail.

Pas dormi pd 3nuits,!!!
Pros:

Confort chambre

Cons:

Jamais trouvé la réception,entrée sale et lugubre,la télé ne marchait pas et surtout un bruit infernal la nuit dû au chantier de tramway, on aurait dû m en prévenir,cela mériterait un dédommagement, ce n est pas un hôtel,c est un Airbnb!!!

Des lits très confortables et une situation géographique pratique. Mais rien de plus.
Pros:

Lits confortables et super emplacement, très pratique. La douche est agréable mais peu pratique. Le check in indépendant des horaires d'ouverture (tant que vous arrivez après 15:00) est assez pratique.

Cons:

Pas de personnel, peu de communication, hygiène assez précaire. On nous avez fait espérer du café et thé à volonté, nous n'en avons eu que deux tasses. Pas de gel douche (le flacon était vide). Pas de house keeping. Pas de réception. Et impossible de trouver le bar / restaurant. Une possibilité pour les personnes arrivant avant 15:09 de laisser leurs bagages dans un vestiaire serait appréciable.

Good location but would probably not return
Pros:

The location of the property was great in the Theatrebuurt with many bars and restaurants close by and a tram stop immediately outside.

Cons:

We didn’t realise when we booked that it wasn’t a conventional hotel ie no staff on site, entry by key code. This must have been a relatively recent change as we’d read reviews mentioning check in and staff. The open plan bathroom didn’t really bother us but the positioning of the loo was a joke. I’d advise other guests to take insect repellent as we were bitten by mosquitoes (we closed the window as soon as we arrived) and noticed mosquitoes in the lift and hallway. Room cleaned only before arrival and could have been more thorough.

Vies vuil , en nog erger
Echte bedriegers, je kan ze niet bellen. Indien ze toch na aandringen opnemen , vertaal enkel Engels en dan nog slecht. Dan geven ze na dat ze wisten ik om 11 uur aankwam de code, dan verschillende berichten kon ik na hun akkoord binnen. Het was vier vuil echt schandalig.
Ik geef iedereen een goede raad , weg blijven daar !!! Na hun ongelijk en leugens geven zelf het geld niet terug. Gewoon bedriegers.

Er was maar 1 handdoek pp voor 4 nachten, je kon er nog een set bij bestellen, maar dat kostte 15,-
