Niet verbleven, ik ben vertrokken uit hygiënische redenen

Vies vuil , en nog erger
Echte bedriegers, je kan ze niet bellen. Indien ze toch na aandringen opnemen , vertaal enkel Engels en dan nog slecht. Dan geven ze na dat ze wisten ik om 11 uur aankwam de code, dan verschillende berichten kon ik na hun akkoord binnen. Het was vier vuil echt schandalig.
Ik geef iedereen een goede raad , weg blijven daar !!! Na hun ongelijk en leugens geven zelf het geld niet terug. Gewoon bedriegers.

Heerlijk bed! En mooie schone kamer

Cons:

Er was maar 1 handdoek pp voor 4 nachten, je kon er nog een set bij bestellen, maar dat kostte 15,-

Nice stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Not recommended for female travelers!

Lage. Größe des Zimmers.

Cons:

Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts bis auf Reinigungspersonal keine Angestellten gesehen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, trotz Nachricht wurde niemand geschickt um das zu beheben. Es war sehr warum im Zimmer, so dass ich schlecht schlief. In der 2. Nacht kam jemand um 5 Uhr morgens in das Zimmer rein mit dem Code. Ich bin zu Tode erschreckt und verjagte die Person. Ich erreichte niemand vom Hotel über die angegebene Telefonnummer sondern wurde weggedrückt. Auf meine Email, die ich direkt schrieb, wurde mit einer unglaubwürdigen Erklärung geantwortet. Die Zimmer konnte man nicht zusätzlich von Innen abschließen, aus Sorge, dass wieder jemand rein kommen würde konnte ich nicht mehr einschlafen. Eine Rückerstattung von nur 15% wurde mir nur auf deutliche Nachfrage hin angeboten. Erst nach viel hin und her wurde das Angebot erhöht. Die schriftliche Korrespondenz ist zwar stets höflich und Antworten erfolgen schnell aber inhaltlich nicht kundenfreundlich. Was passierte ist als Alleinreisende Frau ein Albtraum und daheridt das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen!

De locatie was midden in het centrum. Dat was fijn

Het leek alsof de schoonmaak er in geen maanden was geweest. Ik zag zelfs een muis.

We zijn na 1 nacht naar een ander hotel gegaan.

airco in de kamers. Je kon er niet in slapen zo warm dat het was. En pas de reviews aan. Er wordt gepraat over personeel en ontbijt. Dat is er allemaal niet. Het hotel was failliet en is overgenomen. De kamer is goed op de airco na. Maar de rest is er allemaal niet meer.

Je krijgt slechts 1 set handdoeken voor meerdere dagen. Voor alles moet je extra bijbetalen.
Kamer wordt niet automatisch dagelijks schoongemaakt.
Ik zou hier nooit meer verblijven.
