Molto deludente
Pros:

Purtroppo non ho apprezzato nulla di questa struttura sia nei servizi che nella ristorazione.
Il mio giudizio negativo nasce dall'esperienze fatte negli anni nelle strutture di Sharm El Sheik e devo dire che questa è stata la peggiore in assoluto.
Molto dispiaciuto!!!

Reccomend it with two hands, unless you want to stay at super luxury resort
Pros:

The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. They fulfilled all our requests. Ahmed at the reception and funny guy. We made jokes and laughed so much with him 😀

Pros:

Завтраки нормальные, до пляжа минут 10-15 пешком идти.

Cons:

Еда ужасная, сливочное масло прячут, в основном кормят макаронами и капустой, яйцами. Вайфай ужасный, не работает вообще. Ремонт старый. Мебель старая, персонал грубый, за всё нужно платить, если заплатишь, то сразу с удовольствием делают свою работу. Не советую эту гостиницу. На 1 -2 дня можно, но на 7-10 дней не пойдёт.

مرحباً،

أود تقديم شكوى بخصوص إقامتي في الفندق.

لقد قمت بدفع مبلغ إضافي للفندق حتى أتمكن من الدخول المبكر إلى الغرفة لأنني كنت متعباً جداً بعد السفر، وكان لدي رحلة أخرى لاحقاً وكنت بحاجة للنوم والراحة.

لكن بعد دخولي الغرفة، كان هناك أعمال صيانة وضوضاء مزعجة جداً داخل الفندق، ولدي دليل فيديو يثبت ذلك. بسبب الصوت والإزعاج لم أستطع النوم أو الراحة كما كان متفقاً عليه عند دفعي للمبلغ الإضافي.

وعندما قمنا بإبلاغ موظفة الاستقبال صباحاً، كان تعاملها سيئاً وغير مهني ولم يتم حل المشكلة.

لذلك أطلب منكم مراجعة الموضوع واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب، وتعويضي عن هذه التجربة السيئة.
