Did not let you know about tax refund for tourists? Overcharge for essentials such toothpaste or toothbrush.
I specifically paid and requested a twin room with 2 beds. I was charged for a two bed room. I got something else, and was charged additional for the room I had already paid for.

Fantastic location, good breakfast, quiet rooms, good internet. Very friendly staff who provided us with iron and hair dryer very quickly upon request. The room and toilet are not too big but you have everything you need, like big bed, coffee machine and bar in the room, wardrobe, cloth hangers and drawers. It was very pleasant stay.

Fabulous property! Amazing staff. Comfy beds. The location is outstanding next to all the best shopping and dining. And so safe and walkable. The best part of the hotel is the amazing staff. Reception is amazing. Not crazy about the breakfast but you can’t have everything.
