satisfecho en términos generales con el hotel y buena relación calidad-costo
Pros:

La disposición amable de todos los colaboradores del hotel, portero-botones, personal de recepción y del comedor. Me dieron up grade por estar lleno el hotel, colaboraron para guardar una torta en la nevera externa; cuando me quejé de los huevos revueltos, buscaron solución. La limpieza de la habitación, instalaciones y ropa de cama y baño. La excelente vista que se tiene en las habitaciones con ventana hacia la avenida del rio. La posibilidad de usar el comedor en la terraza y en las mesas externas, sobre el andén a la orilla del rio. La calidad de los croissants, recién horneados.

Cons:

El desayuno buffet: el localizado en el 2 piso es en un salón encerrado, sin decoración. Los ingredientes del buffet me parecieron básicos: la calidad del pandebono, las empanaditas emblemáticas del sitio blanditas, y el servicio de la sopa de costilla escaza de carne. Demoras en la reposición de los alimentos que se gastaron, en especial la fruta; los huevos revueltos y rancheros muy húmedos, parecían crudos. Algunas partes de las instalaciones comienzan a mostrar deterioro que amerita una buena y oportuna reposición, como el piso de granito y la zona de piscina. Tener que bajarse del carro para timbrar y que le abran la puerta del parqueadero cuando se llega en altas horas de la noche (tal vez un citófono que no amerite bajarse pueda solucionarlo),
