Great stay—friendly staff, excellent location, safe and clean rooms, and delicious breakfast & food
Pros:

We loved everything—the staff, breakfast, location, and cleanliness. Every employee, from the front desk to housekeeping and the kitchen staff, provided outstanding customer service. We absolutely love this hotel!

Cons:

We would prefer to have an iron and ironing board available in the room, rather than needing to request them from the front desk, as well as a small microwave and a hairdryer.

Concerning our reservation, we were unable to use the room on the first night due to a flight delay, but were not allowed to cancel that night. We would appreciate a reimbursement for the unused first night.

Excelente opción para la ciudad

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación en un muy sector, muy céntrico pero a la vez no en el centro centro como tal, cercana a todas las cosas importantes y con facilidad para entrar y salir de la zona. El personal fue muy amable y atento con todas nuestras necesidades. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. El desayuno estaba super completo y variado con multiples opciones. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Fueron muy flexibles y agiles para simplificar nuestra entrada y nuestra salida.

Cons:

Todo me gustó mucho. Lo unico es que el hotel queda sobre una avenida muy principal sobre el rio, lo que le concede una vista muy linda pero uno debe ser conciente de que habrá ruido del trafico por la ubicación, especialmente el fin de semana. Por otro lado, sugeriria organizar un poco mejor el espacio de la terraza para tener un espacio asi de agradable como el que tienen afuera. Fuera de eso, el hotel muy chevere.

Pros:

Las habitaciones estaban según las fotos, estaban limpias y el hotel bien ubicado.
El personal muy amable, nos hicieron sentir muy bien. El desayuno estuvo bueno y rico, suficiente variedad. La comida en el restaurante también estuvo bastante bien, calidad-precio. Volvería a hospedarme allí.

The breakfast was great. The location was great. The servers in the restaurant were phenomenal people excellent service.

Cons:

The hotel had an issue with their Wi-Fi for four days we had no Wi-Fi. I can’t understand why they couldn’t get somebody out right away to fix it for them big inconvenience. However they made an adjustment for me to offset the cost that I had expended on my personal phone to have Wi-Fi service.
