Me gustó muchísimo el palacio.
Es una pena que las estancias no estén todas a la vista y con muebles de época. El entorno es muy bonito aunque se está degradando con los servicios del aeropuerto como los parking y empresas varias.
Las galerías acristaladas, el jardín precioso y la comida está bastante rica. El transfer al aeropuerto funciona muy bien.
El comedor, al igual que las habitaciones demasiado funcional para lo que se espera del edificio

I think it's not nice to have to pay for the shuttle, given that it is not practical to walk from and to the terminal but, whatever...
Good value accommodation and friendly staff
Food and drinks were good but a little expensive.
Property has beautiful curb-appeal in a classic view just like the photos - very elegant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had a late check-in and everyone was so welcoming. The bell hop took us to our room. The front desk arranged 4:30am transport to the airport which was right on time.
The rooms are a bit dated but fine. Beds and pillows were comfortable. An issue was that the air was not turned on for the season. We were there the weekend of Easter which was warmer than usual. Room was stale and growing hot, but AC was not yet turned on for the season. We were given a fan which helped. I thank the staff for having an answer since they were obviously in no position to turn on the air yet for the season
Both myself and my sister stayed here separately 3-4 times a year. Because we like this hotel because conviently located near Airport, offer early breakfast, decent restaurant, shuttle pickup/drop off, front desk always very courteous and helpful, moderate price. Overall we like it and have been back 3 years in a row and have recommended friends and family.
This time the room's A/C is not able to turn on, the front desk said it wasn't on due to not the season .....
Any hotel the A/C should always be available and it should be at the discretion of the customer if they want to turn it on or off. Specially if one has allergy issue.
As the room was small already and stifling ...option to open the window but one can hear noisy traffic...plus no breeze, air was staled.
Location perfect 5 minutes from Malpensa airport. Charming hotel. Small room but spotlessly clean, lovely white sheets & towels. Very comfortable bed. Great shuttle to & from airport. Reception staff very kind & helpful.
Think breakfast while adequate could be a bit more exciting.
