The stay was very convenient.
Pros:

Convenience to Malpensa airport, staff very friendly and accommodating, room was a nice size and they had a very efficient shuttle.

Cons:

The air condition did not cool the room down. It was not very comfortable to sleep.

The dinner is not tasty, we don’t know it is because culture difference or not, as a Taiwanese we don’t like the taste.

Wouldn’t stay here again mainly because we would try somewhere else to see if there’s a more comfortable bed and ac else
Pros:

Location is great for the airport. Bathroom was solid for Italy. Beautiful building. Parking is good. Very safe.

Cons:

Beds weren’t comfortable. Really firm. AC didn’t make the room cool. Cooler than if there was no AC but barely. Staff not too welcoming but not bad.

Lovely stay for our last night in Italy
Pros:

Perfectly clean, incredibly well-mannered and helpful staff. Lovely restaurant. Room was big with beautiful views. Perfect for the night before leaving - the shuttle to and from the airport is great and easy to book.

Cons:

An iron in the room would have been helpful.
We found the mattresses really uncomfortable.

A lovely pause before flying home.
Pros:

Great to have a pool as it was hot. They also had a cheap and good shuttle service to airport and the food at restaurant was also very good
