Pros:

Гарний сніданок, що на європейський, що на азійській смаки. Гарний персонал, допомагав у всіх питаннях. Пішли на зустріч на раннє поселення та пізній виїзд. Гарне розташування. Поряд багато різноманітних ресторанів. Поряд станція метро.

Cons:

Трішки вже не новий. Немає можливості обміну валюти в готелі.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, truly amazing people. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and modernI really enjoyed my stay. It’s also very well located. On top of that, there’s a McDonald’s right downstairs, open 24/7, which is perfect if you arrive late at night and feel hungry. Overall, a great experience.

Cons:

It’s honestly hard to say what I didn’t like about this hotel, but I always try to highlight areas for improvement. The only point I could mention is that breakfast was not included, which would have been a nice addition. Aside from that, everything else was very good.

Hotel is good. Staff service is very very bad and never come back to the hotel again

We were informed that breakfast can be included with a discount rate from Front desk. they didnt provide discount. Also they didnt add in the hotel bill. So we have to pay cash everyday. The coordination is very poor with Front desk and restuarent.

Very bad experience with the front desk.
We requested to exchange USD, and the staff offered only 600 RMB instead of 700 RMB — charging 100 RMB as commission.

Our booking was until 19th October, and we requested to extend the stay. However, the lady and the man at the front desk asked us to add them on WeChat to discuss the rates, saying they were too busy to handle it at the counter. This seemed very strange, so we decided not to renew the room there, even though we needed it until 26th October.
