A sure vacation spot for the future. Loved the change and hospitality 🌹

Things have changed drastically. The private pool and beach facilities were amazing giving us the opportunity to enjoy our time in the water without feeling overcrowded by others. The hospitality was incredible with everyone trying to help and make our stay as pleasant as possible. A very special thanks to Ms. Eman from guest relations for constantly following up and doing everything in her power to make the stay more than exceptional; Seif Ashraf at Reva beach for his exquisite hospitality and welcoming smile; and of course Mr. Karim at the reception desk who made everything a breeze during check in and check out while taking care of any of anything we requested immediately during our stay. Honestly, even though I had stopped going to the hotel for years, they made it a sure choice for our future vacations. Thank you 🌹

It was a wonderful experience.
I even had a concern about the room, so I went down to the reception and met *Mr. Mohamed Khamis, the Hotel Rooms supervisor *. He immediately changed the room for me and did more than was required. He told me, "Our top priority is guest satisfaction," and he truly went above and beyond.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to *the IT Manager, Engineer Ali*, who set up the internet for us and fixed the TV. He came back several times to make sure everything was working well.

All the other staff and employees, even the golf cart drivers, were very friendly, respectful, and welcoming.

This experience made me decide that after staying in other places, *this hotel will be my permanent place to stay*.

Thank you to the hotel and the management in general,
And a special thank you to the respectful individuals mentioned above and to the entire team.

Our stay at M Hotel (the new name of Porto Marina Spa & Resort) exceeded all our expectations. The change is not only in the name—it is a complete transformation in the guest experience and customer delight. Every detail reflected genuine hospitality, professionalism, and a true commitment to making guests feel special.
A very special thank you to Ms. Eman Mohamed from Guests Relation , who contacted us before our arrival and took care of us throughout our stay. She kept surprising us with thoughtful VIP experiences and handled every request with incredible speed, care, and a warm smile. She truly made us feel like valued guests.
Our sincere appreciation also goes to Mr. Ayoub at the reception for his fast, smooth, and highly professional check-in, which gave us a perfect start to our vacation. And Mr. Ahmed for smooth Check out .
Special thanks to Mr. Mahdy Abdelghani, Concierge Chef, for arranging our restaurant reservations and making everything effortless. His support and attention to detail made a real difference.

I like the hotel and stayed there several times but this year less than my expectation so I hope next stay will be bett

*Hospatilaty and quality of Rooms and pools
*Hotel staff specially Mr.Ayman reception supervisor and Ms. shimaa who help in everything and did their best

An unforgettable family stay with exceptional hospitality and outstanding service.
Pros:

I stayed at M Hotel with my family and my kids, and we had an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.

The service truly reflects 5 star hotel the FO team was outstanding, especially AFOM Mr. Ayman and GRM Ms. Mayar, who were incredibly helpful, responded to our requests within minutes, and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

We also had a wonderful experience at the beach restaurant. Abdullah and Ali provided excellent service with genuine hospitality, and the lifeguards were always attentive, making us feel safe and comfortable while our kids enjoyed the beach.

The HK team did an amazing job throughout our stay, keeping everything spotless and ensuring we had everything we needed.

After the renovation, the hotel looks absolutely beautiful the rooms are modern and elegant, and the marina view is breathtaking. We also loved the Greek restaurant the food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was exceptional.

My family and children truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Thank you to the entire M Hotel team for making our holiday so memorable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for outstanding hospitality.

النظافه كويسه الاكل مقبول الضيافه كويسه والخدمع كويسه وسرعه الرد

اولا الشكوه من booking نفسها لان الموقع مبعتش أن الفندق تحت الصيانه والأماكن كلها مغلقه كمان السعر كان مبالغ فيه لأننا شوفنا ناس حجزه بنفس السعر وواحده have bord واحنا كما فطار فقط وتسبب ذلك لعدم وجود مكان للعشاء مساءا
وسعر البوفيه فى الفندق للعشاء مبالغ فيه 1000جنيه للفرد واحنا 4افراد يعنى حندفع حوالى 16,الف جنيه اكل الاعضاء اكثر من ثمن الحجز
انا بالنسبه للفندق فهو معقول وللاسف بسبب وجود تجديدات كل الاماكن مغلقه بالاضافه لوجود عمال وكان من الصعب اننا نطلع من البحر بالميوهات وعرضه اننا نتحرك أمام العمال كسيدات
وعند شكوتنا للفندق الاستاذ ايمن شعبان بعت لنا اعتذار وكان زوق جدا فى سرعه التفاعل
أرجو أن ذلك لا يتكرر مره اخرى ولا أعتقد انى سوف اقوم بهذه التجربه مره اخرى
ايضا لايوجد منشر داخلى بالفندق وقد طلبت ولكن اترفض الطلب رحجه أنهم بيشيلوا المنتشر بالرغم أن فى غرف كان بها منتشر وخصوصا أن ده مصيف وبنحتاج لتجفيف الملابس حتى قبل إرسالها المغسله
