Very nice, worth the money and the staff is exceptional
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. My kids and I enjoyed the pool. The location is great too.

Cons:

There was no door handle on the outside of the sliding door.

Słaby hotel z fajnym basenem i w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Lokalizacja tuż obok przystanku, świetny dojazd do centrum i na lotnisko komunikacją miejską, przyjemny basen. Obsługa hotelu bardzo uprzejma. Przed wyjazdem czytałam opinie ale uznałam że nie może być źle bo to w końcu 4 gwiazdki. Zależało mi na hotelu z basenem blisko morza w przystępnej cenie- jednak na nasze nieszczęście opinie gości potwierdziły się.

Cons:

Z przykrością daję negatywną opinię bo zwykle tego nie robię. Jednak w hotelu Congo warunki w pokoju były kiepskie, meble i łazienka wymagają natychmiastowego remontu. Pokój rodzinny jaki otrzymaliśmy miał maleńki balkon, widok był na ścianę i śmieci na dole więc wcale nie korzystaliśmy. Śniadanie typowo hotelowe, mały wybór.

Pool area was nice and lobby area was fab

Cons:

Food wasnt great. Edible but not much of a selection for breakfast, especially with fruit. Room was old and small. Carpet was ripped and stained. Chair on balcony was frayed.

A localização por ser muito boa acaba amenizando os outros problemas.
Pros:

A localização é muito boa.
As atendentes femininas são muito educadas e dedicadas, porém as masculinas nem tanto.

Cons:

Razoável para dois dias, para mais é repetitivo e falta frutas. Se pedir um omelete é cobrado a parte.
Reservei uma cama de casal e me entregaram duas camas de solteiro, reclamei e eles apenas colocaram um acolchoado unindo as camas.
A piscina tem frequentadores vizinhos, não hospedes do hotel, e eles tem privilégios maiores que os hospedes. Eles chegam e tomam conta das espreguiçadeiras ficando os hospedes sem.
Esqueceram de arrumar o nosso quarto um dia,

Very, clean and comfortable and a fabulous breakfast.
Pros:

The staff were super helpful and friendly.
It was accessible straight from the airport on the bus.
The local team took me straight to Piraeus port to get on a ferry to Kythira.

Pros:

Hotel położony w dobrej okolicy, jednak przy bardzo ruchliwej i bardzo głośnej czteropasmowej ulicy. Blisko do restauracji i na pobliskie plaże.

Cons:

Posiadając pokój od ulicy spanie jest mocno utrudnione. Strefa okołobasenowa wymaga remontu: braki w szybach będących zadaszeniem , poodrywana mozaika w basenie. Dodatkowo teren basenu i bar są dostępne dla ludzi z zewnątrz co dla mnie jako gościa obniża komfort pobytu

Pros:

Solen og poolen selvom at poolen manglede mange små klinker i bunden. Lokationen er super god og bynær samt tæt på stranden.

Cons:

Desværre var der ikke meget smil og service over personalet med undtagelse af enkelte i receptionen. Ellers virkede personalet, ligesom stedet, slidt. Værelserne manglede i den grad finish og rengøring. Værelset lugtede af gammel røg.
