Friendly, helpful staff and well equipped room - really appreciated having a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room
As there were no laundry facilities in the hotel, it wouldn't been good for them to link in with a local laundry service.
Would suggest supplying more tea bags, sugar etc. They very quickly ran out
We stayed 4 night in Vienna, metro stop was close, the hotel & room were perfect!!

Die Lage (Nähe zum Eislaufen im Februar). Ich habe etwas im Zimmer vergessen, das wurde mir im Umschlag nachgesendet.
Die Begrüßung und der Check in waren unprofessionell und unfreundlich- das erste was gesagt wurde, es gäbe keine Zimmer mehr, das Hotel sei ausgebucht und meine Reservierung würde man nicht finden. Nach einigem Hin und Her wurde sie doch gefunden. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer „im Durchgangsbereich“ gegenüber des Aufzugs mit Türenscheppern all Night long.

ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung per U-Bahn und Straßenbahn. Eine Alternative zum Hotelfrühstück ist das Cafe Eiles (100m neben dem Hotel).
