Friendly staff, location was pretty good
No bottled water, no tea or coffee even though there were mugs and kettle. Pillow was uncomfortable.
La ubicación es, sin dudas, su mayor ventaja. Metro y tranvía cerca, al lado del Rathaus. Aunque es céntrico, el barrio es tranquilo. La habitación estaba nueva, a pesar de que el hotel estaba en reformas.
Curiosamente no había teléfono en la habitación, por lo tanto había que bajar e ir hasta la recepción si necesitabas algo. La habitación estaba limpia, pero si eres muy quisquilloso con el servicio de limpieza, igual no te encanta.

Está muy bien situado, cerca del casco histórico de Viena y muy cerca tanto del metro como del tranvía.
Las habitaciones son muy grandes, limpias, espaciosas y cómodas.
He pagado casi 300€ por una de las mejores habitaciones del hotel (Superior Plus King Room) y a pesar de ser grande y espaciosa, NO TENÍA AMENITIES (sin cepillos de dientes, sin zapatillas de hogar, sin kettle, sin café y/o té instantáneo, sin aguas etc.
El desayuno está bien, pero el area de comidas es muy pequeño y reducido para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Podrían ampliar tanto la zona de comida como la de los asientos.

Unfortunately it was being renovated at the time of our stay which we weren't aware . Plenty of restaurants locally so all good!!@!
Das Hotel ist im Moment eine Baustelle, beim Frühstück trennt nur ein loser Vorhang die Gäste von der Baustelle.
Auch stimmt die Ausstattung nicht mit den Angaben überein (zb keine Möglichkeit für Teezubereitung im Zimmer).

The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly.
The room was large and had high ceilings. The lighting in the room was well planned.
The beds were very comfortable and our request for extra pillows was taken care of before we arrived.
The room was very quiet.
The location is great, there is a tram stop across the street from the hotel and a Metro stop a short block away. Most of the historic sites are within walking distance or easily reached by transit.
We booked a Superior Twin Room. When we booked the list of amenities included a refrigerator and a coffee maker. The hotel changed ownership after we booked and before we arrived. There was no fridge, no coffee maker, just a small kettle (some instant coffee and tea bags) located on the desk but there was no electric outlet anywhere near the kettle to plug it in.
Any guests arriving in September 2026 should be aware that the ground floor is undergoing some remodelling. It did not affect service only ambience.

Reception under reconstruction, very little information available there or in the room on the city..Restaurant & bar closed & no apologies made for this. To make up for this it would have been nice to have Tea/coffee facilities available in the room. Room clean but quite basic for the cost....
