Pros:

The hotel was very nice, services, it was quiet and in an excellent position in the centre of Wienn.

Cons:

We didn't like that the shower was out of the bathroom and was transparent. Horrible.

Virkelig centralt og lækkert værelse

Cons:

Der larmede virkelig meget pga renovering. Vi vidste desværre ikke, at der ville blive renoveret. Hvis vi vidste dette havde vi måske overvejet det en ekstra gang. Vi havde forventet enten et værelse, som ikke lå lige ud til byggestedet eller måske morgenmad

Breakfast rather poor and limited. Not a lot of fresh food, limited selection.
Bread and rolls were at least 1 day old, definitely not from the same day. That is rather disappointing for a hotel of that category.

Sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen Stadtaufenthalt, zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Signatur-Zimmer im 6.Stock verfügen über Balkone und einem fantastischen Blick über Wien.

Cons:

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male in diesem Hotel und müssen leider sagen, dass man den Betreiberwechsel nun bemerkt. Uns fehlten die Kleinigkeiten, die den Komfort immer perfektioniert haben und unserer Ansicht auch den Preis rechtfertigten. So gibt es z.B. keine Kaffeemaschine mehr auf den Zimmern, zwar ist noch ein Wasserkocher vorhanden aber es gab Tee und Milch nur auf Nachfrage. Tassen haben wir trotz Nachfrage nicht erhalten. Dies mag kleinlich erscheinen, wenn man aber den früheren Service kennt, fällt dies doch störend auf. Nach mehreren Anfragen zum Thema erhielten wir eine schriftliche Nachricht, in der man uns anbot am Kaffee des Frühstücks teilzuhaben. Das Bemühen des Personals ist deutlich zu erkennen, die neuen Betreiberregeln ebenfalls (z.B. sind Bademäntel auch nicht mehr vorhanden). Besonders störend finden wir, dass in den Buchungen (Webseite/Booking.com) noch die alten Angaben zu finden sind, ebenfalls bei der Buchungsbestätigung. Dies sollte dringend geändert werden, damit Reisende wissen was wirklich in ihrer Buchung enthalten ist.

Hat die Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht erfüllt.

Sehr zentrale Lage, Aussicht vom Balkon aus. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten und kleiner Kühlschrank wären gut, Zimmer ließ sich nicht vollständig verdunkeln, Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden, Tee eitel und Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber keine Tassen.
Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich.
Störender Bauform tagsüber.
