Pros:

The location was great.The room was clean, fantastic, huge and with a big tv and comfy bed and a shower. There was coffee,tea and water for free.There was a supermarket near, metro station, bakery and restaurants.

Cons:

It was a bit noisy because of the renovation but not a big deal.Maybe as a compensation the hotel should have offered breakfast for free or a sweet or a drink for any disturbance the renovations might have caused to customers.

Overall lovely hotel, fantastic location and I would recommend if on sale.
Pros:

I loved the layout and decoration of the room. The bed was very comfortable and overall my experience was positive. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was immaculately clean and the location was fantastic. I always felt safe and comfortable as a female solo traveller.

Cons:

I wish the attention to detail was slightly better. My tea, sugar and stirrers were never refilled even when the room was cleaned, the showergel would not dispense from its bottle (never fixed) and a few small utilities would fall apart when used, like the toilet paper holders and the lid to the water container in the coffee machine. The TV channels were also all in German, with only BBC News and French News being in English, meaning using the TV was mostly useless for me. I could not connect screensharing to the TV as the Wifi was always insufficient. I also feel the breakfast is very expensive for what it is, it was cheaper to go to local cafes or bakeries instead.

Die Lage und das große Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Ich hatte mich auf ein Flemings-Frühstück gefreut, leider wurde das Hotel vor Kurzem aufgekauft und hat leider gar nichts mehr damit zu tun. Sehr schade. Die Müsli-Abteilung und der Hummus waren super, aber beim Rest hatte ich mir etwas anderes vorgestellt.
Die Wasserhähne. Es verbraucht unheimlich viel Wasser bis man mit beiden Reglern die richtige Temperatur eingestellt hat.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and would happily return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with recommendations and any questions really stood out throughout my stay.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had some of the best sleeps I've had while travelling. Everything was well maintained, with thoughtful touches that made the room feel relaxing and inviting. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything immaculate.

The hotel's location was another huge highlight. It was close to major attractions, public transport, restaurants, and cafés, making it easy to explore the area without spending too much time travelling. Despite being in a convenient location, the hotel was quiet at night, which made it perfect for resting after a busy day of sightseeing.

Every member of staff I interacted with was courteous, attentive, and eager to ensure guests had a pleasant experience. Their warm hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome.
