Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel - cheaper and excellent options are available nearby. The bar was very affordable. The room was large and and the view was nice.
Desk lamp didn't work, no bath robe until I asked for one, duvet cover had a small hole - little things. Personally would prefer more weight machines and less treadmills in the small but otherwise fine fitness centre.

Little over priced for the room.
Everything from start to finish: Friendly staff, easy to locate and the room was fantastic.
Expensive breakfast option even though i did not book it in advance (around 40 euros). Maybe a complimentary breakfast option would have been wonderful

The location of the hotel is good, it is in a nice area. It wasn't disappointing basedon what we can see on Bookingf. There are few nice,small restaurant within few steps. It was quiet
The carpet in the room was disgusting. Probably it was clean but the all of the old stain on the carpet made it awful. There were no bathroom kit. Just teh basic. Soap and shower gel.
Its a quiet hotel with central location and decent breakfast
It is the first time I'm getting an allergic reaction in an hotel. maybe its not clean enough, or they use aggressive soup in their sheets. That made my stay unpleasant.
Très bien situé dans Vienne. Proche des cafés et restaurants. Très pratique pour le métro et transport.
L’eau de la douche était très longue avant d’être chaude. L’air climatisée avait un peu de difficulté à refroidir la pièce.
