Not worth the money
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable and the sheets where very nice. Also the location at Daan Park is excellent.

Cons:

The bathroom was fully covered in mold. Very nasty and bad for your health. We talked about this with the staff and asked for another room, but they were already fully booked. Instead they told to clean our room, which was a nice offer. But sadly, in the end it looks like they do not understand what mold is, because it was still everywhere. .
Further, the overall status of the hotel felt like its glory days where long over. Damages on the walls and ceiling and the elevator was very run down. The door posts where breaking down and rotting away because of the humid air. Lastly, the airconditioning was very loudly, even on the lowest mode.
Considering the price of the hotel, very, very disappointing.

Great location, good rooms.
Pros:

Quality linen and very comfortable bed. Adequate sized room and good sized bathroom. Helpful staff. Excellent location meters from red line Daan Park metro. Take exit 6 then turn left in direction of Taiwan 101. Good cafes about 10 min walk. 20 min walk to CKS memorial. Huge flower market nearby. Lovely area to stay in.

Cons:

Small hotel with no facilities eg bar, restaurant but plenty of options nearby.
