Pros:

Ubicación y habitaciones bien

Cons:

el hotel es super viejo, el ascensor super sucio, el espacio de la habitación a piscina y salida al mar, sucio, popo de perro por todo lado. el desayuno muy malo, la fruta ya sabia a punto de dañarse, nada frio. decía Buffet pero nada que ver con buffet

Я отдыхаю здесь во второй раз. В первый раз все было хорошо. Без каких-то нареканий. В этот раз раз персонал не квалифицированный. Даже управляющий отеля. Проблема в том что мне не могли объяснить почему в этот раз входит налог в стоимость проживания. Они не знают собственных налоговых законов. Это очень грустно. Мне не жалко заплатить сверх сумму, если я знаю за что я плачу. Я так и не получил ясного ответа. Даже управляющая не помогла. Она просто пришла. Покрасоваться. Её менеджер отдувался за неё. Работа администрации на низком уровне.

Decepcionado!
Pros:

La ubicación y la playa estuvo bien!

Cons:

En primer lugar, tardaron en la entrega de las habitaciones, pudiendo ingresar casi a las 4:30 pm, el desayuno bastante regular, se mostraba como buffet pero la comida muy regular y las porciones eran controladas por alguien además de la mala atención de esta persona!

Tercera vez que nos hospedamos ,bajó considerablemente su servicio no lo recomiendo

La ubicación del hotel,tiene acceso directo a la playa de pozos colorados

Cons:

Estadía muy insatisfactoria. Nos hemos hospedado antes, pero tras el cambio de administración el deterioro es evidente. La habitación no tenía toallas, el televisor no funcionó y el secador estaba en mal estado. Las áreas comunes se ven sucias y descuidadas. El desayuno es muy limitado; para el cuarto día no había pan, mantequilla ni sal. Aunque la ubicación frente a la playa de Pozos Colorados es buena, la relación calidad–precio es muy mala. No lo recomiendo.

El servicio fue muy colaborador. La habitacion inicial no funcionaba el aire y nos buscaron otra habitación de manera amable y proactiva.

Cons:

El restaurante era muy pequeño y pocas opciones de desayuno. No estuvo mal.

Un muy buen lugar para disfrutar de la playa y el mar.

La ubicación frente al mar y acceso directo a la playa es fabuloso. Un lugar muy tranquilo.

Excellent, we travel with my mom 95 years old lady and they were excellent with her

The property is nice. The big problem no name of the property outside which makes difficult to find it. We would like to give a big Thanks to Cesar. Excellent service, very helpful and patience. The best of the best.
