Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast was fresh and varied,The location is good—close enough to key attractions, yet perfectly suited for those who prefer to stay away from the noise of the city center. A great choice.

Great hotel, great location and great attitude! Keep up the good work.
Pros:

There was a problem with the warm water in my room and when the plumber was unable to fix it, the hotel manager offered a free upgrade to a suite. Great customer service and attitude of everyone at the hotel.

Nice hotel, good for spending the night, check for the freshness of the breakfast
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, the staff were super helpful with the parking and everything we needed. We had a clog in the toillete and they fixed it right away.

Cons:

The breakfast has some room for improvements, several things were a little bit dry and not fresh, could use some improvement.

Το πρωινό του ξενοδοχείου ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετικό και ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Υπήρχε μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών που κάλυπταν όλα τα γούστα, από φρέσκα φρούτα και αρτοσκευάσματα μέχρι ζεστά πιάτα και τοπικές γεύσεις. Όλα ήταν προσεγμένα, ποιοτικά και συνεχώς ανανεώνονταν.

Cons:

Η αρχική μας κράτηση αφορούσε δωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, ωστόσο κατά την άφιξη διαπιστώσαμε ότι επρόκειτο για δύο μονά κρεβάτια ενωμένα, κάτι που δεν ανταποκρινόταν πλήρως στις προσδοκίες μας.
Μετά από σχετικό αίτημά μας, το ευγενέστατο και ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό της ρεσεψιόν ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα και πρόθυμα, προχωρώντας σε αναβάθμιση του δωματίου μας. Το νέο δωμάτιο ήταν σαφώς καλύτερο και διέθετε κανονικό διπλό κρεβάτι, προσφέροντάς μας τελικά μια πολύ πιο άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή.
Η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης και η επαγγελματική στάση του προσωπικού αξίζουν ιδιαίτερη αναφορά και εκτίμηση.Ο εξωτερικός χώρος της πισίνας είναι όμορφα διαμορφωμένος και προσφέρεται για χαλάρωση, ωστόσο η εμπειρία του καφέ εκεί θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί. Συγκεκριμένα, η έλλειψη θέρμανσης στον χώρο καθιστά δύσκολη την παραμονή, ιδιαίτερα τις πιο δροσερές ώρες της ημέρας, με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορεί κανείς να απολαύσει άνετα τον καφέ του. Η διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης και η επαγγελματική στάση του προσωπικού αξίζουν ιδιαίτερη αναφορά και εκτίμηση.

Odadaki TV'de 1-2 tane Türk tv kanalı olsa fena olmazdı. Tr'den giden birçok misafir oluyor.
