Sehr empfehlenswertes Stadthotel mit freundlichem Personal und sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet
Pros:

Ganz großes Lob und Dankeschön an das Empfangsteam. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hat all unsere Zimmerwünsche erfüllt. Es wurden uns Tickets ausgedruckt und auch ein Taxi gebucht - das Service war sehr zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer sind hell, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut sortiert: Warme und kalte Speisen, Süßes wie pikantes - sehr gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Die Einkaufsstraße in der Innenstadt ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Stadtfestung geht man ca. eine halbe Stunde.

AGRADABLE
Pros:

Las camas eran muy comodas, el desayuno correcto y el personal de l'hotel muy agradable, La ubicacion és buena. Hay una parada de autobus y tranvia (tansporte gratuito) al lado y para visitar el centro 15 minutos andando.

Cons:

Tras llegar agotados todos los dias, y por poner un pequeño "pero", me falto un ascensor en el hotel. Estabamos en el tercer piso del edificio anexo.

No es un 4*, como mucho es de 3* y no para todo. Decepcionante.
Pros:

La ubicación no estaba mal. Sin ser muy céntrico, se llegaba caminando en 20 minutos a los principales monumentos.
El personal era como promedio aceptablemente amable, algunos mucho (recepción nocturna). Todos te daban respuesta a la necesidad, aunque algunos con poca amabilidad y algún gesto desagradable. Hemos visto durante el viaje que tampoco es una característica a destacar de los serbios con los turistas (explicable probablemente por su historia reciente).
La limpieza de las instalaciones era buena, teniendo en cuenta que llovió intensamente: siempre había trabajadoras secando con mochos la estancia.
El buffet libre tenía productos de calidad.

Cons:

Llaves de antes: pedazo de llavero, entrega en recepción cada vez que sales y, por supuesto, solo una.

Tienen dos módulos de habitaciones: la nuestra estaba en el aledaño del patio interior. Había que salir al exterior subiendo y bajando escalones, bajo la lluvia, para ir al comedor. NO ESTÁ ADAPTADO PARA PROBLEMAS DE MOVILIDAD, hay escalones absurdos por todas partes, para entrar en la habitación o, de allí, al baño. No hay rampas ni tampoco ascensor que hayamos visto (quizá en el edificio central?). Pero vaya, ni siquiera para acceder desde la calle hasta recepción ni de ésta al comedor.
La habitación era estrecha e incómoda, sobre todo cuarto de baño: enano. Lavabo minúsculo, váter al lado de puerta, que choca contigo si la abre tu pareja, cabina de ducha minúscula, con desagüe que habría que desatascar, sin vasos para enjuagar ni espacio apenas donde dejar tus productos. Gel, champú y gorro de cortesía, nada más. Ah sí, babuchas, aunque no las usas porque las dimensiones son tan pequeñas que no las necesitas. Pocos armarios donde dejar ropa y muy pequeños (claro, no caben más grandes), solo un enchufe en habitación, lejos de la cama, con ladrón para tres entradas, mesitas sin enchufe. Poca insonorización de las habitaciones, se cuelan las conversaciones de al lado o de pasillo. ¿Quizás son las habitaciones reservadas para los clientes de Booking?

El bufet era correcto pero escaso en variedad, el habitual para un 2* o 3* de otros hoteles. Pero no para un 4*. Sin apenas opciones de fruta y verdura (sólo manzanas y tomates con un poco de ensalada). Mal surtido de menajes: había que pedir las cucharillas, las tazas grandes... servilletas de papel malo. Cafetera automática que sólo tenía dos opciones: café o agua caliente. Solo leche de vaca y fría (ninguna bebida vegetal), servida en una jarra, que había que pedir continuamente pues se acababa enseguida. Yogures solo naturales. Embutido de dos tipos: jamón de York o pavo. Dos quesos. Zumos artificiales.
