The dream liner hotel is the the best experience I had with my wife, the hospitality is of top notch, the food are so delicious and rooms outstanding, I had sauna and steam bath which is also surpass my expectations. I have been here for 3 day and I really love the place. I highly recommend this hotel to any one how wish to visit adis ababa. Without forgetting the morning breakfast that was served by highly trained individuals and the food is yummy.

The hotel is in a great location, friendly staff and rooms fairly clean for the price.
Breakfast is good but some items gets finished and takes time to fill up. Overall, a great experience in this hotel.

Pickup from the airport was on time and all smiles from the bus driver right down to all hotel staff .
Room needs to be upgraded. The place is stuffy needs more air. I got an allergy just from the smell of paint. I had to change room but still got the same feeling and smell. Only managed to sleep with the porch door open.
Food is good🤩👌🏽. Customer service perfect ❤️💯. My interaction with staff has been very positive, polite, helpful and friendly.

The lunch is good. The service is also good and I have a good experience while staying. The staff are accommodating to the guests from picking me from the airport to the hotel reception.

Ethopia & Addisa Baba surprised me as a country. Hotel Dreamliner was excellent. Room service was great. Food was complimentry and nice with buffet option. Can do better with the food choices. Very very freindly staff.

Room is good and food was good & staffs also will give you good response and rooms are clean and driver came on right time to pick yiu and drop you.

The bartender are honest, loyal, serve with politeness, fast service, supportive for everyone. Keep up your service.

The Dreamliner Hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel, which is deceiving! The shuttle between the airport and the hotel was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and checkout were super quick. The room was huge, but unfortunately was lacking in cleanliness. The carpet was shabby and appeared dirty, so we did not want to walk on it in bare feet. The bathroom was old, having no plugs in either bath or basin. The toilet cistern stopped filling with water in the middle of the night, and we had to refill the cistern with the shower hose. Then it had a problem flushing. The walls had dirty marks on them, easily cleanable with a bit of ammonia cream. The beds were hard. The dining room served pretty basic food for dinner. We therefore forwent breakfast expecting we would probably get something to eat on our connecting flight. Overall it was somewhat tatty, and not an exhilarating experience.

Great hotel, good ambiance, staff is very cordial and cooperative. Rooms are good, clean and very comfortable.as it has Indian restaurant I had the chance to taste the food which is good and delicious.I enjoyed my stay for 2 days. I wish you all the best and thanks to the staff for your kind and hospitable accommodation.
