Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel & Conference Center

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to our departing flight, and so that my wife and I could get a good night's sleep the evening before our afternoon flight after taking a train from Florence to Milan Central, and then the train (hardly an "Express") from Milan Central to Malpensa. My hotel frequent-stayer membership got us upgraded to a mini-suite with a big bathroom, very spacious and quiet, but with an annoying bed location: only one night table and lamp, because the other side of the bed was right up against a big pillar. The best thing about the hotel, other than its location: a great restaurant!

I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. Jonas and Daniele at the front desk was amazing and ensured I got the best suite EVER…Princess at the restaurant was very friendly and nice and Susan at the bellman desk was very kind too she was very patient with me… the suite was amazing!!

Okay stay, close to the airport which is the main advantage point. Spa and in room dining were mediocre. Polite staff. Shuttle bus to T2 close by.

Sheraton Milan Malpensa Airport Hotel is a really nice airport hotel considered Malpensa is a bit far from the city, and there are many LCC who fly here with early departures and late arrivals. The hotel is no longer new but is well maintained. However it is really huge though so some of the rooms are far from the main elevator banks, so please request a room closed to elevators if you have mobility issues.

Since I stayed here for two nights, I had dinner at the restaurant, which was nice. Then I also used the lounge for elite members, and the food was also okay. There are a good amount of snacks. The gym was nice and everything was what you expect from a Sheraton hotel. I will not hesitate to stay here again if I need to travel in the same way as this trip.

However, I just hope that they have better instruction on how to get to the hotel from the airport's two terminals.

One night stay for flights to US next day. Got in 6 pm. 2 check in counters. Took 10 minutes. No separate elite check in. Automatic Gold upgrade to double deluxe. Nice big room. Modern with normal amenities. Water kettle and instant coffee. No coffee/espresso machine. Restaurant open and good service/food. Room service good quality but despite email and PDF receipt online ordering didn’t work. Hotel called after an hour and delivered it 30 minutes later (90 minutes total). Comped the order. 5 minute walk to room on thick carpet from elevators. Tough luggage pull. From hotel lobby to airport 5 minute walk. Thru lobby sliding door, then escalator or lift to departure check in area. Good value for one night free room redemption. Staff pleasant. Would stay again.

Hard to navigate to the entrance, but one goes down to P3 and walks through a tunnel to arrive from baggage claim.
Huge place meant as a convention center. Clean, upscale and perfect for the need to stay for a next day flight. Very nice bar, didn’t use restaurant or have any meals.

A stay at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa was the most logical decision we made on our recent evening arrival after an international flight, the hotel is so conveniently located and handy to the train station for the next morning's departure to Milano Centrale and beyond. I loved the quality of the room, spacious, modern and inviting, the king sized bed and linens, blockout curtains. Breakfast was included in our tariff and what a sumptuous spread it was, there were so many hot and cold choices, even bottles of Prosecco. It was entertaining to watch other travelers in the dining room, also disappointing to watch a lot of waste of food left on tables. All staff that we encounter from reception to the breakfast buffet were friendly and most helpful.

I had to take an early flight out of Malpensa so I booked a room at the Sheraton there. The location is perfect, just steps away from Terminal 1. My room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like soft pillows, which I don't always find at hotels where I stay, but the ones here were perfect for me.

I often stay at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa for work, and breakfast has become the highlight of my stay thanks to Mrs. Fulvia. She is a truly radiant presence, always smiling, with bright, kind eyes and an elegant, attentive manner. She welcomes every guest as if they were special, even on the busiest mornings.
It’s rare to meet someone who can bring this level of warmth, professionalism, and genuine care to a place that is usually fast-paced and full of people passing through. Fulvia elevates not only the breakfast experience, but also the image of the hotel itself. A real asset to the team. Compliments to the Sheraton for having such a remarkable professional.

We booked a room here as we have a early flight from Milan to Singapore. Very easy to find. You don't need to go outside the airport you just follow the signs. The hotel itself is extremely clean and provides lots of amenities that you may need as in any transit hotel. The bed is very comfortable. The room service was quick and they rang to make sure we were happy which was a nice touch. I would have given a five star except for one thing. It was the nosiest room I have ever stayed in
We stayed in room 3045. Make sure you do not. We heard banging and nosies all night. Not ideal when you have a early flight. The girl at the desk couldn't have cared less. In a transit hotel you want to be able to get sleep if you have come off a long haul flights or if you are getting on one so you can get some sleep before your flight. Sheraton really let my husband and I down. That's why I only have it a three instead of five star.

You would think, that being directly across the street from the airport this would be the most convenient place to stay. It’s not. First of all it’s a good quarter of a mile walk to the room from the front desk with your luggage unless you wanna pay for luggage service. Then you have to walk across to the airport and enter from the parking lot area. If you take a shuttle from a nearby hotel, and there are plenty of them, they will drop you right at your airline with the shuttle service. We’ve done it both ways and our experience at the Sheridan has taught us that it’s just not very convenient.

Best place to stay when flying in and out of Malpensa! The facility is beautiful and the staff is fantastic! They helped us with some things we needed help with , effortlessly and kindly.The restaurant is lovely too. We often use Milan as our arrival and departure city just for these reasons!

Perfect location if you want easy access to an early morning flight departing from terminal 1. The rooms are spacious, clean. The Marriott app allows you options to add amenities and special request so it’s available in your room before you check in which is fantastic! The Front Desk service is always very helpful. Unfortunately, they only have two restaurants and neither are very good. We didnt have a great food quality experience the last time we dined at Il Canetto so we opted for the pizza bar Monterosa and the pizza was disappointing but the EVOO was good so we topped it all over the pizza to enhance the flavor. The wines by the glass have potential but either are r stored properly or just went bad. I had to request for a new bottle to be opened and the waiter was highly offended. We did appreciate that the bar is open until 1am!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of six nights over two stays. It is a no-brainer to overnight here if you have an early flight the next morning. I would also argue that this makes a great base to explore the city as well as Lago Maggiore and even Lago di Como. It was so convenient to stay at a transportation hub so that you can adjust your plans based on the weather. The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. The staff is professional and super friendly. The elite recognition was superb. We were upgraded to a suite with two separate bathrooms during the stay reserved under my husband’s name - without the use of SNAs - despite the fact that it was for 5 nights. I got a lesser but still solid upgrade because my status at the time was lower. This is one of the rare examples of the Marriott elite benefits working as they were advertised. The club lounge was top notch, a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The happy hours are from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. They keep the food and drinks well stocked and the menu changed every day. We would definitely return.

A really nice hotel with Great people. Very convenient walk to the airport terminal one. It was clean and the restaurants were wonderful. I seriously downgrade this nice hotel because of the tub/shower. It is very dangerous. My wife fell, and I almost did. You have to step into the tub to shower, and it is quite deep and slippery. I would not advise staying at the hotel under this circumstance.

As Bonvoy members for over a decade, my husband and I were very DISAPPOINTED in this hotel for several reasons, not just because of the stone-cold desk clerk girl. When first arriving at the airport with two large suitcases each, the elevator doors opened to an extremely long hallway made of dense carpet that grabs your suitcase wheels. We are strong, sporty people, yet it wasn't easy to pull our suitcases down the very long hallway (one of the longest I've ever experienced). An older couple walking in front of us was also struggling to pull their smaller luggage. It would be better to have standard flooring for these runway-long halls. Additionally, there were disappointments in the room, where one of our pillows was so old (or pile-driven) that it was only 4 cm deep (see my photos to have a good laugh). Brushing our teeth in the bathroom sink was much less humorous. With the drain lifted to the "open" position, the water backs up instantly when you turn on the faucet. Imagine not being able to spit toothpaste into the sink because it fills up high faster than you can count to 3, and then takes ten minutes to seep back out. Our experience at this hotel was neither pleasant nor professional, unlike our expectations from Marriott and Bonvoy properties.

We end every trip to Northern Italy in this hotel because we like it so much. Spectacularly comfortable beds and a delicious restaurant. If you want dinner there, you need to book. I found this out the hard way! You end your trip on a great meal that is reasonably priced. Very quiet hotel, and then next morning you simply walk into the terminal to go home. They have it down to a science.

A friend recommended booking here the night before departure. He also said they have a spa and excellent restaurant. What airport hotel has an excellent restaurant? I didn't believe him. But this hotel does. I am ashamed to say that I now to arrive early in order to enjoy a delicious dinner at a reasonable price. And next year, I will stay here on a arrival day, too, so I don't start my trip flattened by jet lag. Sheraton does an excellent job.

Staff and hotel is great. And great location for flying out of.
