Clean, friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

The hotel was great clean the staff was so helpful and welcoming and our room was perfect!

Cons:

only complaint was the people on our floor were letting therr kids run the halls all hours.

Great overall stay
Pros:

This location is very convenient for patients of local medical facilities (OSU Medical). The room was comfortable with the separate couch seating area. However, there's not enough of a separation from the bed location to prevent a sleeper from being disturbed by a late night reader as neither of the couch lights couldn't be adjusted and the privacy wall was opaque. My daughter used the hotel shuttle to her appointment so that was nice. Breakfast was average (fake eggs, lukewarm oatmeal) but was overall satisfactory. Staff was friendly and efficient. We didn't get to use the pool as renovation hadn't been completed. Parking was was lit in an adjacent parking garage. We would definitely stay here again.

It exceeded my expectations. I will always stay at a Hyatt from now on.
Pros:

I was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The mattresses were very, very comfortable

Pros:

Loved the fresh fruit every morning for breakfast! I also loved being able to change the temperature in my room EASILY!

Cons:

I was very disappointed that the swimming pool was not available. Seeing that it was winter - it would have been nice to have exercised in my favorite way - swimming. But I do understand updating the pool and that winter would seem to be the perfect time to do this.

Pros:

The size of the rooms, the professionalism of the staff.

Cons:

The TV remote was not working, which we didn't know until 2 hours before checkout. Unable to check out the news before starting our day.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I always pick the hyatt when I need to stay overnight close to work in inclement weather. It is always a great experience. The rooms are lovely. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast is great. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful.
