GREAT Stay-would do it again
Pros:

From the moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed. The staff was kind, the room was perfect and the breakfast was impressive. Furthermore, parking was close and easy and it seemed like the neighborhood was safe. I would stay here again.

Cons:

I found nothing at this hotel unimpressive.

Great hotel in an up and coming area.
Pros:

Wonderfully clean and modern hotel in an area that also looks very new. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and very close by. The area is very nice and new, a 5 minute drive outside of downtown. There is a great bar/grill right next door.

Safe and Clean
Pros:

As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe (even when checking in after sunset). The staff were nice and I liked how the parking was covered and close to the main entrance.

Cons:

A little bit pricey in my opinion

Nice, helpful staff.
Pros:

In a nice neighborhood. Free parking. Nice hotel. Free breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms could be cleaned better. Crumbs on our couch. Hair in bathroom. Breakfast was just ok. Decent amount of choices, but could be better quality.

Nice hotel for overnight stay, nice staff, not a destination stay.
Pros:

The hotel was in a little alcove/side street--quiet. Free self parking was convenient. A few restaurants nearby, but that is somewhat limiting. Dont think there was a pool or other onsite facilities to use, was there?

Cons:

Wish there were a way to easily get to other, more varied restaurants, pool facility within easy access, etc

Pros:

A staff member was indifferent upon Check-In. Did not know how to properly confirm my reservation and after 5-10 minutes of aimlessly tooling around promptly walked away never to appear again. A second staff member came over and resolved the situation.

This Place is looking a bit tired
Pros:

This hotel is starting to show its age. The location is great. The available parking is exceptional. The reception staff were friendly. The printer was out of order, so we could not print our boarding passes. The lack of availabile housekeeping was frustrating.
