Два плюса ,отель находится в центре ,вторй плюс Наличе лифта …

Cons:

1.Обратная связь ,несколько раз пытался дозвониться в отель ,не кто не взял трубку ..Просили вторй ключ от входных дверей ,не кто так и не дал .2 Номерной фонд устарел ,все уже старое ,двери скрепят ,полы скрепят ,шумо изоляции «0» .В номере тусклый свет из-за того ,что номер в целом темны это давит . Все окна выходят либо в внутренний двор ,либо в небо ))За эту цену есть варианты гараздо луче ,буквально в соседнем доме )

Optimal für einen kurzweiligen aufenthalt in Karlsbad

Die Lage ist wirklich super , das Gebäude von außen auch sehr schön

Es ist nirgendwo ersichtlich und man wird auch nach der Buchung nicht drauf hingewiesen das es keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel und unter Umständen nichtmal in der Nähe gibt .

Der nächstgelegene öffentliche Gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz ist etwa 500m entfernt.
Kann schon problematisch sein wenn man wie wir mit 3 Kindern und Hund anreist.
Dieser Parkplatz ist aber auch Recht klein und war in unserem Fall komplett voll. Wir sind also eine Stunde rumgefahren und haben einen Parkplatz gesucht.

Uns wurde dann per Mail mitgeteilt das die Rezeption bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist . 19.20 Uhr sind wir dann endlich angekommen und standen vor verschlossenen Türen.
Auch auf klopfen und klingeln , keine Reaktion.

An der Tür hängt ein Zettel mit 2 Telefonnummern. Die erste war nicht erreichbar und bei der zweiten wurde uns dann mitgeteilt das gleich jemand kommt und uns rein lässt.

Wir standen somit gut 15 Minuten mit 5 Personen g , Gepäck und Hund vor der Tür ....

Nicht besonders freundlich wurden uns dann die Schlüssel übergeben.

Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet.

Nächsten morgen wollten wir dann unsere Sachen schonmal zum Auto bringen , damit wir nach dem Frühstück entspannt los können. Da steht man allen Ernstes auch von innen vor einer abgeschlossenen Tür . Kein Panikschloss, also mussten wir wieder hoch auf Zimmer und den Schlüssel holen , der ist nämlich mit am Zimmerschlüssel dran. Hat uns auch keiner gesagt.

Im Ernstfall ist das Hotel dann wohl eine Todesfalle , es sei denn man ist so geistesgegenwärtig und nimmt seinen Schlüssel mit .

Dann gab es das Frühstück, spärlich ist noch untertrieben .
Nirgendwo Personal. Ein unfreundlicher Mann Schlich draußen rum und hat gefegt , hat aber nichtmal gegrüßt.

Auch beim Verlassen des Hotels , kein Personal 🤷

Wir haben die Schlüssel dann einfach auf dem Tresen abgelegt und sind gegangen .

Спати в готелі не комфортно

3. Відсутність персоналу на ресепшн
4. Кімната знаходилась над кухнею і з 7 години ранку починали накривати сніданок і був дуже сильний шум від металевих сходів.
