Hotel Kavalerie

If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars I would. We stayed here during Christmas. Karlovy Vary is full of hotel options, many of which are expensive and corporate. This place is family owned and has a local feel. From the moment we entered, the staff cared enough to ask if we had dinner reservations for Christmas dinner and when we didn’t, assisted us on his own in calling around to find an option for us and making us a reservation. They asked what time we would like breakfast on Christmas morning and nice home cooked breakfast is provided for hotel guests daily. We chose a basic room in line with our budget but it was clean, the water pressure was great, and it served our every need. The location of this hotel is perfect- right across from coffee shops and restaurants, the Becherovka distillery and a short walk to the hot springs. Parking is about 800m walk away but you can drop your bags off at the hotel before parking, and it is discounted and in a secured underground garage. 10/10 would stay here again.

Super lokalita, kousek od centra i od dolního nádraží. Hotel čistounkej a útulnej, stejně tak i pokoj. Flexibilní předání klíčů od pokoje mimo běžné ordinační hodiny recepce.

Hotel Kavalerie is in a great location-very walkable! It’s a nice small hotel. The staff are very friendly & speak English very well. The breakfast was good. There is no a/c, but there was a fan in the room. My husband uses a CPAP, it was difficult with the room not having night stands because it was so small, hard to set up his medical device. The hotel was clean. The price was great! I Recommend this hotel for value, location & friendly staff!

Выбирали отель для остановки на 1 ночь, так как улетали из Карловых Вар.Находится недалеко от автовокзалов чтобы ехать в Прагу и аэропорт.Для того чтобы переночевать отлично.Номер небольшой,без прихожей сразу справа от входной двери справа кровать, слева маленький столик и два стула, за кроватью сануэел с маленькой раковиной и дущевой кабинкой.В душевой холодно даже не хотелось сполоснуться.В общем если переночевать, то годится, если надолго то нет.Хотя завтрак отличный.

街の中心地に近く。駅、バス停も近いのでかなり便利な場所。部屋も綺麗！ただエレベーターは無いので上の階の部屋だと…
ホテルの裏側のカフェバーがオシャレ。休憩ついでのビールが最高だった。

Es ist für uns das schönste Hotel in Karlovy Vary, Super nettes kleines Hotel mitten in der Einkaufsstrasse der Altstadt. Wir lieben das kleine Frühstücksbuffet was in Tschechien seines gleichen sucht. Vielleicht nicht die Super große Auswahl, aber dennoch ausreichend Auswahl und was für uns viel wichtiger ist, in einer sehr geuten Quallität. Hier wird man gut satt und es schmeckt wirklich gut. Der Kaffee ist hier wirklich gut, selbst gebrüht und stark und nicht so ein Automaten Schrott, den es sonst überall gibt. Top Lage, Top Preis Top freundliches Personal. immer wieder

It’s a nice stay. The location is good and the staff is friendly. The room is cosy and warm. The property doesn’t have a lift so we have to carry the luggage upstairs. Other than that, everything’s fine.

Mir hat alles gefallen. Hotel zentral gelegen. Wir sehr zufrieden

Have been waiting an hour for getting into hostel to check in under the rain at 22:00
Breakfast wasn’t as good as some hostels
During my 5 days staying only 4 days rubbish
bin has been changed but not once to clean the bathroom & wipe the floor...dirty because all the members of family are bosses...better to stay in hostels could be cheaper...don’t go there !!!

Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr gut, sehr freundliches Personal, war jetzt zum 2 mal da, würde immer wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Mir hat gefallen, dass ein umfangreiches Frühstück im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen und das Personal freundlich war.
Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass mir keine Info kurz vor Abreise zugesandt wurde, in der beschrieben ist, dass das Hotel mitten in der Fußgängerzone liegt und mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar, dass die Zimmer nicht gereinigt und die Betten nicht gemacht wurden und dass die Zimmer im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug sind. Aber es konnte dann nach 1 Übernachtung ein Zimmer im 2. Stock bezogen werden, was wiederum gut war.

Wir hatten ein Economy-DZ. Dieses war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Waschbecken befand sich im Schlaf-/Aufenthaltsraum, das war nicht so schön. Ansonsten für den Preis und einen Kurzaufenthalt ausreichend.

Stanza pulita e confortevole, un po' anonima nello stile. Posizione ottima e colazione più che soddisfacente.

Ett litet, trevligt familjehotell beläget vid en gågata utan störande biltrafik. Välstädade rum och fräscha badrum.Frukosten som ingår är inte överdådig, men helt OK - man behöver inte gå därifrån hungrig. Hiss saknas, vilket kan kännas obekvämt, om man bor fyra trappor upp. Inom gångavstånd har man tillgång till ett stort utbud av bra restauranger i alla kostnadslägen. Det mesta handlar om att "dricka brunn", vilket sätter sin prägel på staden. Här tar man det lugnt, promenerar, kanske tittar på alla vackra hus och kopplar av.

Nice rooms and a pleasant breakfast room.Well situated for me as it was only about a 15 minute walk to the main (upper) railway station while the lower railway station and bus garage are just round the corner.Found the hotel to be a good base to use while visiting the town and surrounding area.On the downside the hotel doesn't have a lift,I'd have loved a room safe and it's the first hotel I've been to which didn't have soap dispensers in the shower or next to the sink.All things
considered though I'd certainly use it again.
