Das Restaurantservice von Fr. Vivien war super freundlich und sehr bemühlt
Der Gepächsträger war sehr hilfsbereit
auch der Rezeptionist Balazs war sehr kompetent

Pros:

Ми у цьому готелі не вперше. Це найкраще місце в районі Інсбруку. Номери зручні, є все необхідне, навіть більше. Шикарний вигляд на гори та на лижний спуск. Все продумано до дрібниць. Місце для лиж, для відпочинку чудовий камін. А СПА З різними саунами та басейном з виходом на свіже повітря та джакузі- фантастично. Дуже сподобалося купання у свіжому снігу. Сніданки та вечері - теж все дуже смачно і широкий асортимент. Меню щодня міняється і такої кількості різноманітної дичини ми ще не куштували.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber es hätte mehr Obst geben können und auch die Süßspeisen beim Frühstück könnten besser sein bzw. mehr Auswahl und frische Kuchen.

Great location with great service
Pros:

Staff were amazing and so helpful, the food was plentiful.
Great location as the hotel is a short walk to the slopes. We used public transport from Innsbruck and it was very easy.
The spa was nice.
Adult only suited as due to the resort being heavily family occupied.

Cons:

Our room was a little on the small side and the price of drinks were a little steep compared to other local hotel

Met or exceeded expectations. Friendly staff and nice sized room (215) with balcony and view.
Pros:

Great location. Close to piste and ski shop. Good boot room. Clean, tidy, friendly hotel. Great spa. Decent buffet and evening meal.

Cons:

The bar/lounge area is a bit tight and not very warm and cosy. It’s ok though and there is an open fire.

Short and to the point
Pros:

Excellent hotel, with an ideal location to the elevators, and practically in the center of the village, the staff is all polite and sociable, and is always ready to help in everything, there is parking at the hotel it is free, there are discounts on renting ski equipment, excellent spa complex, excellent breakfasts and hearty dinners, waiters are always tidy and pleasant in communication especially Marton, the hotel is unequivocally the best in the region!!!!

Absolutely brilliant
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. The welcome was brilliant. All the staff were so helpful. I have stayed in many resorts in the area and this was as good as any. The food was plentiful and tasty. I have coeliac and they catered for my gluten free with great care. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough
