Cons:

Il manquait de quoi étendre nos serviette et mayos de bain après la piscine ou la mer, et j'aurais apprécié d'avoir quelques fruits frais au petit déjeuné plutôt que des fruits aux sirop.

je suis choqué de cet hôtel franchement il est ignoble DES CHAMPIGNONS SUR LES SERVIETTES , CHAMBRE SALE ODEUR D’ÉGOUT SALLE DE PAIN ET TOILETTÉ SAL il y’a des travaux ce n’est même pas indiqué sur booking les couloir sont très sombre sa ressemble à un urbex et l’ambiance de l’hôtel est très pesante les gens qui y loge aussi sa ressemble limite à une secte NALLEZ JAMAIS DANS CET HÔTEL

L’accueil de la personne au départ. Elle a été désagréable et agressive alors que je lui nommait ma déception sur mon séjour alors que j’en gardais un très bon souvenir de mon séjour l’année dernière. Les nombreux désagréments comme les nuisances sonores, l’impossibilité s’ouvrir les fenêtres donc pas d’accès au balcon , pas d’accès à la piscine… Elle m’a renvoyé au site booking sans ménagements ni bienveillance. J’ai alors remercié cette personne et je me suis dirigé vers booking en qui j’ai confiance. Elle ne m’a a aucun moment proposée de dédommagement ?
