Pan który nas odprowadził do pokoju ,pomylił dzwi ,tam otworzyła nam zdziwiona turystka.
Nie zostałam poinformowana że wieczorem wejście jest obok głównej bramy.Myślę,że o takich rzeczach powinna informować pani w recepcji.

Good bang for your buck with small flaws
Pros:

Service was great. Requested fixes were done quick. Cleaning also super good and handy. Bathroom was super clean.

Cons:

Room 11 got paper thin walls. You will hear the street and your neighbours. Some of the lights were constantly flickering. Carpet was old and needs cleaning. Same with some stains on the sofa and the wall.

Nice clean room, warm, nice and spacious bathroom, an employee took me and showed me the room.

Cons:

Check in is in a different building. I haven't seen it written anywhere, and only accidentally found out at the location.

Dobre położenie pokoi.noclegowych, bo do apartamentów jeszcze im trochę brakuje.

Cons:

Mimo kontaktu nikt nie udzielił mi informacji gdzie mam się zgłosić w dniu przyjazdu, początkowo nie odbierano telefonu podanego na booking.com i musze powiedzieć że miałem mieszane uczucia w nocy stojąc gdzieś w bramie gdzie nie było żadnej informacji o recepcji po drugiej stronie ulicy. Prośba o informację odnośnie późnego check in, bo przed północą, została zignorowana. Nikt nie odpisał na moją wiadomość.

Freundliche Unterbringung in bester Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt, die ich daher zu Fuß erkunden konnte. Mein Zimmer befand sich nicht im Haupthaus, sondern gegenüber in einem Wohnhaus. Beide Gebäude sind renovierte, landestypische Altbauten. Mein Zimmer war groß, wobei es aufgrund der hohen Wände kleiner wirkte. Es war passend traditionell dekoriert und bequem eingerichtet. Das Bad war modern. Der Service war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Ich hatte Mühe, das Hotel zu finden. Ich habe den kleinen Namenschild zunächst übersehen, weil es an einem seitlichen Eingang angebracht war. Auch der Durchgang zum Parkplatz ist beim Vorbeifahren kaum zu erkennen. Eine ausführlichere Beschreibung wäre hilfreich.

Pleasant room with a huge comfortable bed. The shower room was also modern & clean. Pleasant staff also

The reception was very difficult to find (across the road) A simple sign telling you Reception Is Across The Road on the front of the building leading to apartments/rooms could have avoided all the unnecessary hunting around when you are already tired from travelling!
