Gastvrij hotel met vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

De ligging vlakbij de skilift was ideaal, het ontbijt was erg goed, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel zowel bij de receptie en bij het ontbijt. Skipas service bij het hotel was top geregeld.

Excellent hotel feels just like home
Pros:

Excellent hotel – we had a wonderful experience!
The valley of Flachau is a quiet and magical place, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The area around the hotel is peaceful, green, and pastoral, with cows grazing in the nearby meadows. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request.

Our room was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, and all necessary utensils. We even had a dining area inside the room. The breakfast was rich, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of variety.

The hotel also has a lovely wine cellar, cozy outdoor sitting areas (with blankets and ceiling heaters), and bicycles available for guests. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, a spa at the hotel, and access to a swimming pool at a nearby partner hotel just a few minutes’ drive away.

We stayed for 8 days and it truly felt like home!

Cons:

‏Our room was on a lower floor, so it had a bit of a basement feel (though there were windows and a beautiful view). The Wi-Fi throughout the hotel worked very well, but in our room it did not function consistently.
