Cons:

Der var ikke den udendørs pool der var på billeder og i beskrivelse af hotellet.
Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god.
Der blev ikke gjort rent på værelset og heller ikke fyldt op med nyt toiletpapir under vores ophold

Pros:

I booked this hotel for my 78-year-old mother, and I cannot thank the staff enough for their incredible care and professionalism. After my mother’s flight landed, I couldn't reach her, which made me quite anxious. I called the hotel to check if she had arrived, but she hadn't yet. To my surprise, as soon as she checked in, the hotel staff immediately called me to let me know she had arrived safely. This simple act meant the world to me. The attention to detail, kindness, and comfort provided were exceptional. Thank you so much for going above and beyond it truly made a difference.

Kind staff, facilities ok.
Pros:

The staff was kind and accommodating. They made efforts to provide a vegan breakfast (Except for breakfast, the facility does not provide meals). Offered complimentary Turkish coffee. Nice pool, sauna, and flexibility for their use until 23:00.

Cons:

The first room I got smelled of smoke. The second room I stayed in, on the road side, had no acoustic isolation at all -- I could hear everything, cars, people and the music coming from a nearby club. There was no airport transfer -- although in Booking.com the option seem to be there; so it is best to make arrangements yourself.

Pros:

This hotel is in a nice residential neighborhood but falls short in many ways. Although the concierge spoke English very well though and was helpful, these things were very disappointing: Air conditioning was not functional we had to call for adjustment (remote batteries were expired); there were no hangers in closet: some of the bathroom amenities had empty boxes, nothing inside; breakfast was very, very small; pool stair to come out of the water was broken and moving as you climb up.
