A very pleasant break in a great location
Pros:

The location is fab - 5 minute walk into the main square.
The rooms are well equipped and there is a high quality feel with small attention to detail.
The rooms are also kept very clean - daily clean (unless you request not to).
The double jacuzzi bath was a lovely luxury to come back to each day after doing a lot of walking.
Breakfast was delivered to the room each morning at your chosen time and was of good quality.
A TV in the bathroom as well as the room was a nice touch - bit of Netflix while in the jacuzzi bath.

Cons:

I read a lot of comments about the noise levels with the walls being thin and the tram passing by.
We were in room 205 which faces the main street - you could hear the tram, but this wasn't a problem for us at all. Unless you are an extremely light sleeper you shouldn't have any problem.
