My husband and I spent 4 night here and it was amazing. We truly loved the hot tub experience, that we didn't have to share it with anyone. Staff were friendly and accommodating, good choices on the breakfast menu, one morning my breakfast was a bit mixed up, being lactose intolerant, I ordered ham option with no cheese, I got cheese, I really appreciate the girl, who delivered the breakfast next morning, as she owned up to her mistake and couldn't apologise enough. ♥️
The bathroom definitely needs anti slip flooring. We had a bit of malfunctioning with the hot tub on our first night, which ended in a wee accident, where I slipped and fell, banged my head in the toilet seat, as the floor got pretty wet. Luckily nothing serious happened, but could have. The room also needs a bin, as the only bin there is in the bedroom.
Also we had a drunk amd loud neighbor on our second night, which is of course, not the hotel's fault, it just made us pretty tired the next day.
I am lactose intolerant, the hotel was aware of it, however, when I ordered breakfast one morning, I clearly asked no cheese (it was ham and cheese and bread on the menu), I got cheese, but no ham. I obviously couldn't eat most of the breakfast.

Very near old town and easy to find
Although out of the apartments control Trams were operating til very late and started early, were both light sleepers but didn’t have any effects on our stay
