Lyxigt och trevligt till ett nästan löjligt lågt pris!
Pros:

Aiden City har alltid varit bra, har bott där ett tiotal gånger nu. Men efter senaste uppfräschningen har det blivit ännu bättre.
För pemgarna det mest prisvärda hotellet i Stockholm.

Pros:

Det lå ok ift det vi gerne ville

Cons:

Vi fik ingen hjælp omkring parkering. Ingen info om gode steder at parkere eller hvad vi skulle holde øje med. Desværre fik vi en parkeringsbøder og det var træls.
Receptionisterne hilste når vi kom ind og gik ud men ellers var der ingen kommunikation.
Vi manglede helt klar et køleskab på værelset.

A disastrous arrival, but a professional recovery thanks to the Service Manager

Unfortunately, our experience started in the worst possible way. We had informed the hotel twice that we would arrive after 1:00 AM and had been reassured both times that there would be no problem, as the hotel operates 24/7.

When we arrived, after a delayed taxi ride, we were told that our room had been mistakenly given to other guests due to a system error. We were initially shown an unacceptable temporary solution and were eventually relocated to another Aiden hotel in Nyköping, about 90 minutes away from Stockholm. We arrived after 4:00 AM, completely losing our first night and starting our holiday exhausted.

What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of communication afterwards. For several weeks, our emails went unanswered, and even Booking.com informed us that they were unable to obtain a response from the hotel.

Eventually, the Service Manager personally took over our case. He sincerely apologised, acknowledged what had happened, and arranged a full refund for the first night. We genuinely appreciate his professionalism and the way he handled the situation once he became involved.

However, while we appreciate the Service Manager’a efforts, they do not erase what happened. A confirmed reservation should never result in guests arriving after midnight only to discover that their room has been given away. Even more disappointing was the lack of communication during the weeks that followed.

We hope the hotel reviews its procedures to ensure that no future guests have to go through the same experience.

Swedish Prisons allow more comfort
Pros:

The location was good.
The lobby was great, good for chilling and hanging out.
The bathroom was good, bed was comfortable (albeit small)
The staff were nice
We had a fan in the room which helped fight the unusual heat this summer
It was quiet
Breakfast was pretty good
WiFi worked just fine

Cons:

The room was too small. I'm guessing the price was still rather high cos it's Sweden so I can't blame them there but we had no space to put our stuff, the bed just barely fit 2 slim people.
The tv didn't work.
We knew we didn't have a window but the light in the room was awful
Receptionists weren't always as helpful as they could have been, simple things really like asking to change our towels and asking for coffee
We needed new towels and they told us twice someone will replace them for us and they never did.

Great value for money
Pros:

We had an excellent time staying here. The beds are comfy, you have all the basic you need. Staff are SO nice and the breakfast is amazing - massive buffet with loads of options. It’s a little bit out from the centre but we walked in and it’s easy enough, 30 mins downs a straight road. The hotel is also really near a metro station which is 2 stops into central. V easy to find.

Station de métro proche avec accès direct au centre.
Hôtel très propre avec belle salle de repos et divertissement à l'entrée.

Chambre standard très correcte avec grand lit,une deuxième chaise ou un tabouret serait un plus.
Salle de bain très correcte également.

Petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix et présentation soignée.

Gentillesse du personnel a l accueil et pour toute demande.
