Call before you plan to swim
Pros:

The breakfast was good.
The bar/restaurant person was very helpful and good at her job. We tried pizza logs.

Cons:

The whirlpool and indoor pool were not only closed but ripped to pieces. This was not posted on their website.

Amazing!

If ever back this way; I would stay here again!

The property was clean and appropriate. The room was larger than I expected and it fit exactly what I needed for my trip on the way to South Padre.

A pleasant experience; will return and recommend!
Pros:

Fitness center was better than expected; liked the water machine and availability of bottled water; breakfast staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Not a fan of corned beef hash, otherwise breakfast was good! Room didn't have soap-had to ask front desk (not a big deal).

The stay is always good but you are willing to GOUGE LOYAL CUSTOMERS
Pros:

You charged me TRIPLE RATE because the big university in town had a graduation event. Double would have been bad enough, but triple was mean & disrespectful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff were very friendly. One of the ladies made it a point to speak to everyone that came down for breakfast and make sure everyone was good.

Pros:

Clean and good location

Cons:

The main reason I chose there was the indoor pool. The pool was closed for repairs. They offered passes to the YMCA. But, the attendant told me they would honor us and the 3 grandchildren that were coming to visit. However the next day when I went to get the passes, another attendant said “no ma’am” we will only let you have the passes for registered guests only. Extremely disappointed.

Overall the stay was very good in the right location.

Cons:

Mattress too hard, there is a gap in door you can see hallway. The couch cushions needed cleaning.
