Agradable y placentero.
Pros:

Buen trabajo empezando por el personal de cocina , un chico salía revisaba que no faltará comida y la atención camareros muy bien tambien .En general buena atención por el equipo que forma el hotel Plana .Atentos simpatico y educados .
La habitación es amplia tenía tv , aire ,mesitas , ducha , terraza ,etc
Ubicación bien es serca de la playa..

Cons:

Lo de la piscina no siempre se pilla lo que entra de afuera que no son huéspedes del hotel .El método tendría que cambiar ya que tocan la llave para abrir la puerta y entran fácilmente.
La valla tendría que ser más alta para no cruzar alzando un pies. El método que hay no asegura .
En una ocasión me gustó porque en horario de comida se vio chico de recepción se precato de un ingreso fue a sacarlos a las personas eran muchos una gran familia ...
Habitacion en una esquina tenia humedad localizada .

La localización, el servicio de limpieza (muy atento todo el personal y muy eficientes), la habitación y un desayuno bastante completo.

Cons:

Hubo un problema con el ascensor y descubrimos que no había ningún otro alternativo, ni siquiera un montacargas. Estábamos en un cuarto piso y aunque se solventó con cierta rapidez, hubo que subir a pie y en ocasiones se demoraba en algún piso porque la puerta no cerraba. Por otro lado, cuando pregunté en recepción si había consigna para las maletas una vez realizado el check out, me indicaron que había unos lockers en el gimnasio que costaban 2 euros. Me llamó la atención, dado que si fuera un servicio aparte como en otras aplicaciones lo entendería, pero en otros hoteles la consigna no se cobra aparte.
