Cons:

De kamer (121) zeer gehorig, slechte bedden en een hele kleine badkamer. Geen balkon
Ontbijt zat erbij maar er ontbraken basis elementen. Geen boter, geen jam en geen yoghurt, geen eieren.

Hotel muy flojito, en una buena zona
Pros:

Tras más de 30 años viajando anualmente a Salou, elegí por primera vez el Hotel Planas por su ubicación (excelente) y por haber sido recientemente reformado, pero... ¡Error! Pequeño lavado de cara a un alojamiento antiguo, con habitaciones pequeñas y frías.

Cons:

Proceso de check-in lento, trato frío y distante, habitación que daba a un callejón trasero pese a ser temporada baja y estar el hotel vacío (solo 4 reservas), cama muy incómoda y pequeña (mido 1,80 y no entraba de largo), baño pequeño y frío, bufet de desayuno muy pobre, piscina muy pequeña para una temporada alta, muy difícil aparcar alrededor... ¡E imposible comprar una botella de agua por la noche si no tienes cambio para la máquina!

Este hotel ha tenido días mucho mejores.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy buena piscina y terraza.

Cons:

Un único ascensor que estuvo fuera de servicio un día y medio.
El buffet de comida un poco justo de oferta aunque fue mejorando.
Las barandillas de la escalera muy bajas.
Las ventanas del descansillo de acceso al ascensor están a una altura bajísima, menos de 90 cm.
Los camareros en general poco preparados.
