Einfach wunderbar für unsere Urlaubspläne - wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Pros:

Da wir nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel waren, wurden wir wie "gute Freunde" ganz persönlich begrüßt und auch so behandelt. Das Personal ist sowieso ein Wahnsinn. So zuvorkommend und freundlich, immer mit einem Grinsen bei der Arbeit.

Cons:

Das Verhalten und Benehmen manch anderer Hotelgäste, wenn sie das "Getränke-Upgrade" abgeschlossen haben - aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Great value for money. Very good food, nice staff. Clean. Nice pool for kids. One sauna. A few minutes drive to ski gondola.

Dobre jedzenie, soki, kawa. Czysty pokój, zjazd windą prosto do basenu i sauny. Super lokalizacja przy stoku Sillian Hochterpustertal w Austrii. Bardzo blisko do stoków 3 Zinnen we Włoszech i Kronplatz.
Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i uśmiechnięta.

Cons:

Wystrój starodawny jednak nie przeszkadzało to w cieszeniu się z pobytu.

Pros:

Everything was perfect and the value for money was absolutely outstanding. The food was very tasty, although the selection was a bit smaller, but for this price I really cannot complain. You can see that the furnishings are a bit older but well maintained, and it is still great for the price. There is an pool with a small slide and a cave, which our kids loved. The location offers perfect access to the Tre Cime ski area and there is also a train stop right next to the hotel.

I got more than I expected
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by the all‑inclusive option, which we hadn’t known about before, especially since it came at a really affordable price.
I’d especially like to compliment the service staff, who were incredibly friendly and helpful — thank you!
The train and bus station are located directly in front of the hotel.

Cons:

There were a lot of (loud) children. But it’s important to keep in mind that the hotel is primarily designed for families...
The hotel is in need of renovation, but it is still very well maintained and clean

Bohatá snídaně i večeře. Celkově příjemný hotel pro relaxaci - včetně bazénu
Pros:

Snídaně velmi dobrá. Bohatý výběr. Obsluha milá, pozorná, Nic nebyl problém.
Také večeře byla dobrá-velký výběr jídel. U polopenze je dobrá možnost připlatit si All inclusive-umožňuje neomezenou koncumaci piva,vína dalších nápojů

Cons:

na posteli byl vždy jen jeden polštář. Možná by bylo dobré pro větší pohodlí doplnic ještě jedním-třeba menším polštářkem
