Zahara Apartments

First things first, I booked this through Loveholidays and the apartment you end up in is not the one they are advertising, it’s a completely different complex. My son is currently trying to find the pool because it is NOT the one in the photos.

Be warned, they charge a 200-500 Euros security deposit when you check in which you aren’t told about before you arrive. Luckily we had enough to pay it or we wouldn’t have been allowed in.

When we got in the room there were cockroaches in the kitchen and the beds are seriously uncomfortable.

We are trying to make the most of it because we’re only here for 5 nights thank god.

L'appartement est très bien situé, on peut se rendre au parc Port Aventura à pied. Commerces très proches ainsi que le centre de Salou.
Le personnel de Rentalmar qui s'occupe de l'entree et de la sortie de la location sont sympathiques.
On a eu la vite de cafards mais ce n'est pas dû à la saleté car L'appartement car il était propre.
Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous rendre à la piscine de l'hôtel mais elle est facilement accessible et elle avait avait l'air agréable.

Good communication prior to arrival with accommodation. Was charged €20 to access room early and then a €300 deposit which was not mentioned prior to our arrival. 2 bedroom apartment was adequate, aircon rubbish, WiFi non existent and used data the entire 2 week holiday. Yes there is a flat screen tv but has one Spanish channel. The kitchen consists of a microwave, hob and coffee machine. Location is very good, pleasant pool. Cleaners never visited once in 2 weeks. The mattress in one of the rooms was ripped on the underside

Appartement idéalement situé pour profiter du parc Port Aventura et de la plage. Proche des restaurants.

L’hébergement rien à dire tout étais parfait seul bémol le manque de climatisation dans l’appartement sinon rien à dire tout étais parfait.

The apartment was clean and in a great location . Sadly the pool was unusable as it was murky & unclean there was a large sunbathing terrace but it had no beds or chairs. There is building work across from the apartments which had continual noise and the bar below can be very noisy.

Staff were very rude on arrival and charged us 20 euros to check in before 5pm which I think is a complete joke and a scam.
We were given a bent key that wouldn’t work so had to wait outside our door for 30 mins before someone actually came to fix it.
The room was absolutely disgusting dirt everywhere and mold.
Residents live in this building and one woman told me to leave my key in the door as staff have been known to steal from the rooms.
I do not recommend this to anyone

Malgré la très faible occupation, nous avons eu un appartement en bord de route passante.
Appartement ancien avec des couvertures anciennes. Rideau de la chambre cassée.
Il faisait froid dans l’appartement. Simple vitrage donc très bruyant.

The first apartment they gave us was infested with cockroaches and filthy they moved us to another with a poolside view still filthy bathroom had mould everywhere dirt and food behind units and side of fridge pull out bed was not adequate for 2 people had to sleep on the floor pool has no sun lounges no cleaners to be seen anywhere and the reception expects us to clean the apartment thoroughly when leaving or we don't get our deposit back disgusting.

There is no Air con as advertised, the place is crawling with bugs. I tried to find an alternative hotel. There isn't any WiFi either. Pool was closed. The oven is unusable as it has no trays/shelves in it. The place was filthy the plates and cups had dry food stuck to them, food still in fridge. The bathroom Smells so bad. The bedroom smelt like car urine. On the plus side it's in a good location. Oh and there isn't any towels in the room, there's no toilet roll either. Also the £100 deposit suprise too, it states leave the apartment as you found it. So leave it filthy then and keep the food in fridge. Tried to mop up and it made it worse as the mop had seen better days. Also make your showers quick as the hot water runs out after 1 minute. There's also rats running around the balconies.

Ame back from salou zahara appartments spotlessly clean only let down was no kettle no plug sockets down stairs for mobility scooters washing machines to wash your bedding no cleaners for rooms , pool needs cleaning other wise nice rooms

Carrelage balcon cassé . remonter d égout dans la salle de bain,pas de grand lit
Seulement 2 petit lits en mauvais état et grince a peine bouger , peinture degrader

Enregistrement un peu long car probleme du nombre de nuitees mais les personnes sont agreables a la reception.
Celle ci ne se situe pas dans la residence d appart hotel comme indiqué sur hotel.com...
Lits non fait a notre arrivée et literies horribles
Parking a 12 euros non disponible et ni bar ni restaurant .il y en a un situe en bas de l immeuble mais qui n a rien avoir avec l appart hotel.nous avons été déçu certe le prix est attractif mais ne corresponds pas au descriptif d hotel.com

La relacion calidad precio es bastante buena.Son unos apartamentos de los 80 por la decoracion pero para ya esta bien.Siempre se puede mejorar y que sea todo muy actual pero seguro que seria el doble del precio. Repetire

L'immeuble est proche du centre ville. L'appartement est propre est bien agencé pour 3 personnes.

Très bon choix pour un week-end entre amis

Todo muy bien menos las camas, pequeñas, ruidosas y viejas, el baño aceptable y la cocina y el salon bien.
Muy buena situación, centrico y bien comunicado.
La piscina muy bien.

L appartement en soi est pas mal, mais aucune information car pas de réception

Séjour sympathique en famille appartement sale à notre arrivée. Les lits n'étaient pas fait... Bonne réactivité de la part de l'agence.
