Přes zmíněná negativa bych se sem ráda vrátila… 😁
Pros:

Milý personál, který vyšel ochotně vstříc každému požadavku. Skvělá lokalita v samotném historickém centru, přesto klidná, s výhledem na Mlýnskou stoku. Starší návštěvníci ocení výtah. Pohodlné nové matrace. Možnost parkování, byť není v ceně.

Cons:

Stísněný prostor u snídaňového bufetu, je-li hotel plný. Absence závěsů na oknech. Trochu moc zvuků - větrák v koupelně, který nelze vypnout, větráky v ostatních pokojích, hosté na chodbě i na pokojích, máte tedy přehled o tom, co se děje v hotelu. Pokud o něj nestojíte, špunty do uší sebou 😂

Warum ?
Kurtaxe und Parkgebühr wurden an der Rezeption separat in bar bezahlt, 400 Kronen.

Pidimme.
Pros:

Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias. Monipuolinen ja maukas aamiainen. Kahvi oli erittäin hyvä, sekä loistava sijainti ja P-paikka. Rauhallinen, vaikka sijainnin huomioiden olisi voinut olla melua.

Huoneen ja kylpyhuoneen koko.

Pros:

Příjemné místo, skvělá lokalita, čisté pokoje

Cons:

Velké zklamání nás bohužel potkalo v oblasti stravování, konkrétně snídaní a následného řešení situace.

Ubytování jsme měli na dvě noci včetně snídaně. První den jsme dorazili přibližně v 9:15 – výběr byl spíše skromný, nicméně dostačující. Chyběly skleničky a hrnky, které však pan majitel v průběhu doplnil.

Druhý den jsme přišli již před 9. hodinou, avšak situace byla až do cca 9:40 velmi neuspokojivá. Nabídka byla prakticky vyčerpaná – chyběla teplá jídla - jako vejce, sladké pečivo nebylo k dispozici vůbec a hosté si neměli z čeho vybírat. I přes opakované upozornění nedošlo k nápravě. Personál navíc nepůsobil profesionálně – obsluha měla rozpuštěné dlouhé vlasy, které jí padaly do prostoru s jídlem.

Po téměř hodině čekání, zda se situace zlepší, jsme byli nuceni odejít na snídani do jiného podniku, jelikož jsme neměli možnost se nasnídat. Káva nám také nevyhovovala, nicméně zde připouštím, že jde o subjektivní hodnocení.

Na nedostatky jsme upozornili nejen my, ale i další hosté. Při check-outu jsem situaci zmínila, nicméně reakce pana majitele byla spíše ve smyslu vysvětlení složité provozní situace a personálních problémů, než snahy o řešení či alespoň vstřícné gesto. Bohužel jsme se nedočkali ani symbolické kompenzace, což naše celkové zklamání ještě prohloubilo.

Do hotelu se proto již nevrátíme, a to i přesto, že České Budějovice patří mezi města, kam se jinak velmi rádi vracíme.

Pros:

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect. Good breakfast. The room and bathroom were small but had enough storage space. The bed was quite comfortable, nice bedding. Good wifi. Pretty flowers in the restaurant. They have private parking, 10 eur per night (you cannot reserve your spot ahead). Fair price. You will pay the tourist tax when checking in.

Cons:

Kettle would have been nice. Bad pillow, too soft. It is in the very center, close to many bars so there will be some street noise at night.

Better location than the square where people race around late at night with loud engines
Pros:

Staff were quick and friendly. As I was out drinking with colleagues until well after midnight every night it was nice that it was very easy to get back into the hotel long after the staff had locked the doors and closed the office. The location was great by the canal and had I been at a hotel on the square I probably would not have discovered how great the walks along the river are where here the square was just 2 blocks away but I was more drawn to the river.

Cons:

Unfortunately at the time of my visit there was some construction right along the canal which blocked the view, but I would expect that in Czech Republic the people doing these kinds of works are more competent than those in the UK so it will almost certainly be finished by the time I visit next.
