Room ambience ZERO, OLD, feel very uncomfortable to touch anything in the room. Service was patehtic

Room ambience ZERO, OLD, feel very uncomfortable to touch anything in the room. Service was pathetic, Reach to Hotel is nightmare, No Car access to Hotel and need to walk along with luggage for more than 800 meters from the Car stop area. Room service was very bad...guest have to carry ther own luggage and ZERO support from the staff.
Building itself is managed in very poor condition and cleaning is high luxury in the property.
I would rate ZERO for the property to stay for the price paid. More than 4.5 K per day. We have Hotel Simmit in the Rofa mall which has access to main road and CAR PARKING and Rooms are so good at the same price.

Horrible. Worst.
Pros:

I liked the easy access to mall road and other transportation centres. The room was decent. Rest was horrible.

Cons:

Wifi: Did not work.
No hot water despite complaining.
Staff rude, forgot to document payment made us travel back n forth to confirm their fault in the end.
The furniture old and cranky, the mattress were damp. Bedsheets stained.
No maintenance of bathroom, unclean.
