Tried accessing Marriott Bonvoy site 4x this AM to inquire about availability and rates---no luck nothing comes up on the screen!!! IT once again having problems !!! No way

Our family recently stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami while visiting Miami, and the highlight of our stay wasn't just the beautiful hotel… it was Andres.

As a member of Les Clefs d'Or, the world's most prestigious concierge association, Andres truly lives up to that distinction. He pointed us to some of Miami's top culinary experiences, making every recommendation a home run for our family. Traveling with my husband and our two kids, those recommendations made exploring the city easy and memorable.

What impressed me most was that his service didn't stop after check-in. He even stopped by our breakfast table to see how we were enjoying our stay and whether there was anything else he could do for us. That level of care is rare.

It's people like Andres who transform a great hotel into an unforgettable experience.

Lovely hotel and location

Old hotel with a 70’s or 80’s feel; hotel service in Miami is touch and go and this hotel has better than normal service, though it needs updating throughout. Had a large suite, which was without any personality or luxury, but it was fine-the hotel is just fine, but nothing special at all. The location is a 5 minute walk from Brickell and the mall, but would stay elsewhere unless purely for business. Everything is just kind of non-descript.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable.
We had a medical emergency when we arrived and the concierge Chief Andres Meneses saved our vacation with proactive, expert support.
The level of service was consistently outstanding, delivering results that surpassed expectations.

I spent my 108th and 109th Ambassador nights of 2026 at the JW Marquis Miami, and I’ll keep returning for one reason: Andres. For over a decade, he’s been my go‑to in Miami — the person who consistently delivers the level of care that keeps this property at the top of my list.

I also want to thank Johnathan, Chef Walter in the lounge, and of course Valentina — always as warm and unforgettable as her name. And meeting Eugenia was the perfect finishing touch. Their teamwork, hospitality, and genuine kindness are exactly why I continue choosing this hotel year after year.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Marquis Miami was absolutely amazing and the perfect touch of luxury before our cruise. The hotel offered the ideal balance of comfort, elegance, and relaxation.

Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep before setting sail for our cruise.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Valerie (I think was her name) went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and because of her outstanding hospitality, this will now be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Miami. Roosalyne at the front desk was also so kind, personable, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions.

The meal we enjoyed was outstanding, and the gym and sauna were exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. From the accommodations to the service and amenities, every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the JW Marriott Marquis Miami and can't wait to return!
