Good location. Friendly staff. Very flexible and helpful.
Everyone seems to mention the stairs. I am a senior but I didn't mind it. Once you settle your bag (they bring it up), room service is swift and attentive.

They didn't accepted my booking as they asked for advance of 50% whereas it is pay at property optioned while booking.

Wonderful staff, so accommodating and made us feel at home and relaxed. The food in the restaurant was great as well, an incredible veg thali.
The street is still quite noisy, but there is nothing really the hotel can do about this!
