Location and clean

Cons:

Not modern at all.
Outlet in Bathroom 1518 did not work, so I could blow dry hair. I used the outlet by the bed without mirror.

AMAZING HOTEL IN HONOLULÚ!
Pros:

It was one of the best experience we had so far! All the staff was kind and willing to help us in everything we needed. The room was always clean when we came back from the tours and for us everything was perfect ! Nothing to complaint about!

Had been looking forward to staying at the modern, but was disappointed by the road noise.
Pros:

Really like the location of The Modern and it was our second stay.

Cons:

The road noise was terrible even though we had asked for a quiet room. Very disappointing.

I love the decoration throughout the hotel
Pros:

Location, room size are good, coffee machine, mini fridge, and microwave in room. You can refill your bottle with water in lobby or in the pool area.

Cons:

Sometimes crowded in the elevator, but it wasn't too bad. They offer breakfast, but prizes are very expensive.
