The rooms are great.

The pool is almost always in the shade so it's pointless.

No bar to sit & have a cocktail.

It's nice that activities such as bowling & pool are included but disappointing that you have to pay 75 dollars if you want to play basketball. That whole games area is freezing so you need to wear a winter jacket to enjoy any of these games!!!

Breakfast is ok but could be better, doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel breakfast. Liked the fresh berries though.

Night before the cruise stay in Miami was the best idea ever and this hotel was amazing. Wish I could give it 6 stars - facility, staff and location could not have been better. Pool, restaurant and room service were perfect. Walked along waterfront in the evening, area was vibrant and picturesque and felt very safe. Highly recommend.

Overall a good property but it felt like the forgotten step-child of the larger JW in which the hotel occupies a few floors. The advantages of being in the JW is that you get access to the gym and, with Bonvoy status, the lounge which are both excellent. The hotel also provides $10 each day for food and beverages at the cafe. The room was neat and spacious. The layout was strange and inconvenient with the bathroom being off on its own. That may have been just the suite layout. It was also August in Miami so hot and humid but the AC was having trouble keeping up. Also, no slippers! Location is close to many Miami attractions and shopping.

Great customer service, so nice and helpful. Patient enough to answer all of my questions. Beautiful view. A lot of things near by. So many things to do inside the hotel if you’re not able to get out much as well. Food is impeccable. If you love art you will not be disappointed with all there is to see within the beautiful hotel.

Excellent experience

The hotel occupies three floors above the JW Marriott, with most amenities located within the JW itself. Check-in and arrival were smooth and efficient.

The room featured a lot of chrome, lacquer, and leather finishes. It was spacious but felt a bit outdated. Power outlets were limited. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets and towels were sub par. Only one caffeinated coffee pod was provided! The so-called “enhanced” internet service was slow. The video camera on door does not work. The tablet's firmware needs to be updated and had old info on it. On the plus side, there was ample storage space.

The bathroom was very large. On arriving, the bathroom TV was on and couldn’t be turned off—we had to call maintenance to replace the remote battery. The shower had issues - the handheld option didn’t work at all. I didn’t try the jacuzzi tub. There was no accessible outlet for a hair dryer in the bathroom, and the only light switch was located just outside the door.

The pool area was overcrowded in afternoon. Went in AM and there is availability. Lounge chairs are stained and there was a shortage of towels in late AM.

As Bonvoy Elite members, we received a late checkout, two complimentary coffees, and 30 minutes of activity center access. The concierge lounge breakfast was adequate with excellent coffee.

The room offered beautiful views. For a 1-2 night business trip, this hotel would be sufficient. The happy hour at restaurant near lobby is really good!

This is the second consecutive year I started at Hotel Beaux Arts Miami. The staff here really treats you like family. They go above an beyond to ensure all guests are comfortable and satisfied.

Thank You Medoley who checked us in and give us that family welcome and also Gabriella & Loida. The staff and management is very hard working and they Will go to moon and stars to ensure your stay is satisfying.

The pleasant smiles from both the young lady in the Arabic wear and the managers and the breakfast buffet. Around my stay I bump into the managers in the elevator and they as well was very pleasant to ask how are you and if you are enjoying your stay.

Valet Parking is 100% effective and efficent. The guys who help you with your luggage also cool and friendly.

House Keeping Ladies are a gem, they do an marvelous job in cleaning your suite and also they are trustworthy, i left all of my electronic devices; laptop camera go pro etc on the table and they did not even moved it. Thank You House keeping for your trust and honesty....
