Deft Hotelier Wins Over Irate Senior Who Made Stupid Mistake Reserving A Room
Pros:

This is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in. What makes it so exceptional are multiple considerations. But for this stay, what this hotel did for my wife and I is so beyond the pale it is difficult to describe. I made my reservation six weeks in advance, but I screwed it up. Not space for details, but suffice to say when we arrived and confronted my mistake, the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. Then, when we faced an electrical problem, they sent us to another even nicer room. I did not necessarily deserve this incredible treatment in either instance. But they reacted with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. What a class outfit. The best.

La chambre magnifique, l’emplacement parfait

Cons:

L’organisation du personnel, nous avons attendu 45min pour avoir notre chambre et lors de notre départ nous avons denouveau attendu 30min car il y avais un ticket du bar à notre numéro de chambre alors que nous n’avons pas consommé.

Good but could be better
Pros:

The rooms are great.

The pool is almost always in the shade so it's pointless.

No bar to sit & have a cocktail.

It's nice that activities such as bowling & pool are included but disappointing that you have to pay 75 dollars if you want to play basketball. That whole games area is freezing so you need to wear a winter jacket to enjoy any of these games!!!

Breakfast is ok but could be better, doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel breakfast. Liked the fresh berries though.

Wish I could give this 6 Stars!
Pros:

Night before the cruise stay in Miami was the best idea ever and this hotel was amazing. Wish I could give it 6 stars - facility, staff and location could not have been better. Pool, restaurant and room service were perfect. Walked along waterfront in the evening, area was vibrant and picturesque and felt very safe. Highly recommend.
