Hotel Beaux Arts, Autograph Collection

We stayed three nights at Hotel Beaux Arts Autograph Collection in Miami with our family during our vacation, and overall the experience was quite mixed.

On the positive side, the location is excellent—very central and convenient for exploring the city. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after long days out.

However, there were several downsides that impacted our stay. The hotel is located on the 38th floor, and the elevator wait times were extremely long, which quickly became frustrating. Our room had no real view, as it faced an office building, which was disappointing given the price point. Additionally, even though this hotel is significantly more expensive than the Marriott in the same building, there were no added benefits such as priority access to shared facilities like the gym or pool.

In conclusion, we found the hotel to be overpriced for what it offers. It didn’t feel particularly special, and we expected more given the premium price.

The staff were amazing - Jonathan on reception, Mike the valet and the security team were great.
The rest was average. We were in the autograph section. The room was not available until 5pm and was poorly equipped. One coffee capsule each, one hand towel each (I found bath towels eventually), one tiny bar of soap. We’d have expected more.

But my goodness, the staff were above and beyond when I walked into a glass door at the entrance. Apparently it happens a lot so they really need to fix the problem there.

The hotel is nice but the concierge is fantastic. I love Andres M. He is so amazing and helpful and knows all the best spots to go in Miami.

This is one of the finest hotels I've ever stayed in. What makes it so exceptional are multiple considerations. But for this stay, what this hotel did for my wife and I is so beyond the pale it is difficult to describe. I made my reservation six weeks in advance, but I screwed it up. Not space for details, but suffice to say when we arrived and confronted my mistake, the hotel bent over backwards to accommodate us. Then, when we faced an electrical problem, they sent us to another even nicer room. I did not necessarily deserve this incredible treatment in either instance. But they reacted with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. What a class outfit. The best.

The rooms are great.

The pool is almost always in the shade so it's pointless.

No bar to sit & have a cocktail.

It's nice that activities such as bowling & pool are included but disappointing that you have to pay 75 dollars if you want to play basketball. That whole games area is freezing so you need to wear a winter jacket to enjoy any of these games!!!

Breakfast is ok but could be better, doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel breakfast. Liked the fresh berries though.

Night before the cruise stay in Miami was the best idea ever and this hotel was amazing. Wish I could give it 6 stars - facility, staff and location could not have been better. Pool, restaurant and room service were perfect. Walked along waterfront in the evening, area was vibrant and picturesque and felt very safe. Highly recommend.
