Everything was very good, the staff were friendly and kind, the room was spotless and very comfortable with a great bed and a pillow choice. The location was excellent, and the breakfasts and other meals i had their little cafe were reasonably priced and very good , both Western and Thai cuisine
It was convenient for one day old town tour by walking. The staffs were friendly and helped me to print out urgent documents free of charge. The breakfast offered local food mixed with international tastes. It’s definitely a gem hotel in the old town of Chiang Mai. I am glad to choose the Premier Family room for 3 nights.
Loved the room was large and clean. Loved the pool. The breakfast had a good variety. Enjoyed our stay very much!
We really liked the big rooms. They had big windows so lots of light. It is located in a perfect area where you can walk to everything. The staff especially the first receptionist we met are super nice, very helpful. Our only complaint was our room floors did not appear to be cleaned. Other then that our stay here was perfect!
Big but basic room; paid extra for breakfast that really wasn't worrh the cost.

Our room was not very clean at all. Bed really hard but did bring us a topper for it. Bkft was ok but all was cold/warm.

Dirty rooms, covered in hair from the cleaning ladies. Toilet had dry waste fluid on it.
This is my second time at this hotel. I LOVE it so much that I talked my 5 froth stay here. I love the location. However, the property is very outdated. I had such great experience the first time and now so many things has changed. We each have 1 pillow per person in the bedroom and 2 person per room. When we asked for an extra pillow, they told us it will be 50 thb per pillow. We love the breakfast. We have 2 vegan pans 1 vegetables gluten free in our group. We told P’Da and she spoke to the chef and they help us with our needs for breakfast. Very accommodating and P’ Da is very sweet and kind. The TV was not working the entire time we were there because they have construction and they may have accidentally cut the cable or a line that have to do with the tv but that doesn’t bother us. We were not in our room majooof a time. Overall, we wish we each have 2 pillows.
This was a great surprise. They gave us an upgrade and it was beautiful. This hotel is in a great location also. We thank them all for a wonderful honeymoon. Fantastic small hotel.
This property was great. When you walk in it feels as of you left the city and walked into a paradise resort. There is a nice curved sidewalk with a deck bordering it. Then the reception desk is welcoming with a soft waterfall sound coming from the nice fish pond. After ck in there is a short walk through a perfectly designed landscape then you walk into a clean well layed out room. The staff was great and the property was very nice. I would recommend to my mother to stay here
A really lovely place to stay, great room, comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful. Lovely pool, helpful staff. I really liked the entrance to reception.. tranquil water features with koi carp. My stay included breakfast which as usual in thailand includes lots of eggs that I am allergic to, so I didnt have much choice, but the toast was really good along with the choice of fresh fruit. this is great value for money especially as its in the centre of Chaing Mai old town so everything is easy to get to
Great place to stay for traditional style Thai hotel. Check in was friendly and fast. Absolute beautiful reception area. Stayed on 3rd floor pool view room. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and extra pillows. Fridge and safe make the stay very convenient.
The area around hotel is the perfect location in the old city. Everything is a short walk away.
Free breakfast was amazing. 7 to 10 every morning. Complimentary bottles of water in room every day.
The checkin was quick and easy. We were upgraded to supreme room due to a lot of construction. But I don’t know how much difference it made. Plus they initially gave me a room with two bed although we are a couple.
The hotel and rooms are aged but they kept Everything clean. It’s very good for the price I paid. The shower is not great spray quality but it worked. The water heater cord is short and table not placed near a plug so we had to adjust a bit. Really cannot complain for the price. The staff were kind and polite. Breaky was ok too.
Some rooms have been renovated but we were in the back area which has not been done. Odd smell, dated and desperately needs an update. Toilet plugged within the first hour. Definitely needs further Reno!!
We had a bit of a hiccup with our booking via internet and the ladies at reception were excellent and sorted it quickly. We then found that the shower in our first room would not drain quickly and were moved to an upgrade room. This was excellent and staff have been very helpful throughout.
This hotel was beautiful. Great for the price and in a great location! As a single female traveler, I felt safe to walk around and venture about.
