Exceptional service and stay!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, pleasant and a joy to meet! Room was great, had all anyone can need - from bathrobes, to slippers, water, mugs etc. I was also given a gift from the manager on arrival! Great service and definitely worth returning to!!

The room was exceptionally cold and there was no thermostat in the room to control the temperature

My stay at Jupiter Kazanchis was wonderful, the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.
Pros:

The overall service and politeness of the staff were exceptional. Everyone was willing to offer a helping hand, and the team was consistently respectful and attentive throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time at Jupiter Kazanchis and appreciated the warm and of course the complimentary gift.

Cons:

That I had a very short stay.

Its overall stay was good just few clarities and information should be shared before the check in.

Overall stay was good, hospitality food and others were great

Cons:

External guests are supposed to be allowed to enter into the room without charges other make proper briefing during the checking in process. The issue of exchange rate was also a concern. I went to buy stuffs from the market, and I was given change in local currency, to my surprise, the money was rejected by the Hotel asking for receipt from the forex

An absolutely wonderful stay
Pros:

Extremely Comfortable. Great breakfast. The hotel staff were wonderful - probably most welcoming and helpful that I've encountered anywhere in the world.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and not the same everyday.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. I got a great rate at a 47% discount so from my perspective value for money was excellent. I suppose if I were to be ultra picky a little more shower pressure would have been nice when using the hot.
