La flexibilidad para extender mi estadía y mantener mi habitación hasta la tarde siguiente (mi vuelo salía a medianoche), pese a que eran reservas distintas y había pagado por una categoría inferior sólo para tener donde pasar la tarde.

It was decent.
Pros:

The location and the manager and staff are really nice.
Loved the free coffee as well.

Cons:

1. I did not appreciate the fact that water seemed to be running low.
2. There is an atm to withdraw but I cannot pay any bill with Ethiopian burr that has been withdrawn from the atm unless I have an ID.
3. The airport shuttle came quite late and I was very close to missing my flight despite me booking it the night before it arrived 40 minutes late after being told it would be here in 5 minutes. Totally unacceptable.

I’ll definitely stay here next time
Pros:

Best value for money of the neighborhood.
Location was perfect and next to UNICEF offices.
It also have a gym with fair enough machines to keep the fitness

Le personnel: disponibilité et gentillesse

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, vraiment particulièrement mauvais que ce soit le café ( pays pourtant producteur), la confiture ( que du colorant!) ou le buffet! Décevant

Exceptional service and stay!
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, pleasant and a joy to meet! Room was great, had all anyone can need - from bathrobes, to slippers, water, mugs etc. I was also given a gift from the manager on arrival! Great service and definitely worth returning to!!

The room was exceptionally cold and there was no thermostat in the room to control the temperature

My stay at Jupiter Kazanchis was wonderful, the staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.
Pros:

The overall service and politeness of the staff were exceptional. Everyone was willing to offer a helping hand, and the team was consistently respectful and attentive throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time at Jupiter Kazanchis and appreciated the warm and of course the complimentary gift.
