Complaint Regarding Incorrect Billing and Additional Credit Card Charges

Dear Hotel Management,

I stayed at your hotel at the end of February. I arrived early in the morning and paid the required fees for both early check-in and late check-out.

After my stay, they given me a PDF invoice that appears to be a WPS-generated document rather than the detailed system-generated hotel bill ( this means not the excat system bill cuz they were very late to gave the bill and to made edit by themself on ms word 10 min and above). In addition, I noticed that my credit card was charged more than the amount I expected. this I know when I back my county, big shem in 5 star hotel bad receptionist they doing like this unexpectly.

When I asked for clarification, I was not provided with a complete and accurate breakdown of the charges. her name Ngsut the other one inside of the office

Please investigate this issue and provide a prompt response.

Not bad for a short stay
Pros:

The location as it’s near everything example airport and downtown and coffee shops

Cons:

The washroom needs renovation, the 1st room we entered in had no hot water and we got shifted to another room, the bidet location should be changed and the shower was so old, furniture of the room also needs changing , WiFi wasn’t working properly until we called the engineers to fix it, those things should be done to ensure people have a better experience

Pros:

The room was clean and well kept, the Wifi is good, the price inludes steam room and gym which is great, breakfast is included. They provide a shuttle to the airport.Bbeautiful place. and the staff are friendly. Hot water is available.

Cons:

The bathroom was substandard, there was no stopper in in the bathtub. Thier bathroom needs renovsation.
