I had a great experience during my visit. The reception team, especially Setegn and Senayit, were very welcoming, friendly, and professional. Pros:

Really great value. Excellent gym and spa. Rooms clean. Fantastic restaurant. Was able to get a lot done on my laptop while I was here. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Shoutout to Nigist and everyone else who treated me like family. I’ll be back!

Good breakfast too.
I came very early at hotel and was tired from the night flight. When I asked at the bar for a coffee not to fall asleep, they offered the coffee and little croissants free of charge.
Very friendly staff.
Internet works well too.
