Das nette Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer hatte für Amsterdamer Verhältnisse eine gute Größe, sogar eine kleine Dachterrasse zum Innenhof. Dadurch war es auch wunderbar ruhig, obwohl man so zentral ist. Ich würdenauf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.
The location is excellent, nice neighbourhood, a lot of landmarks close, shops, etc. The public transport is really good, there is tram to go to the center or other big train stations. Also a bus to go to the airport. The staff was lovely!
If you book for only one person, they may give you a single super small room in the ground floor, it can be noisy cus you can hear the conversations in the reception desk. Although it has a nice window to an internal patio. They have an old keys system, so you have to leave the key in the front desk every time you go out. The price doesn’t worth the money for a single bed, at the end I asked for an upgrade and I payed the difference to go to a bigger room with double bed.
Din păcate, sejurul la acest hotel a fost o experiență extrem de neplăcută din mai multe puncte de vedere:
Camera și confortul: Izolarea fonică este inexistentă; se auzea fiecare pas de la etajul superior, iar geamurile se mișcau în rame, creând o senzație de nesiguranță. Mai mult, în cameră persista un miros chimic foarte puternic și deranjant, asemănător cu un baiț de tratat lemnul, ceea ce a făcut șederea insuportabilă.
Micul dejun: Foarte sărac și cu o diversitate minimă, sub standardele unui hotel care se respectă.
Probleme financiare: Cea mai mare problemă a fost gestionarea plăților. Mi-a fost blocată o sumă de bani care nici până acum nu a fost eliberată, astfel încât am ajuns să plătesc cu aproape 150 de euro mai mult decât prețul stabilit.
Lipsă de profesionalism și condiții de cazare care lasă mult de dorit. Recomand să căutați alte opțiuni în zonă pentru a evita stresul și pierderile financiare.

Ruido todo El tiempo! De las personas al lado de la oficina, ruidos incesantes de las cañerías del baño de arriba y de al lado
Pero eso no fue lo peor, lo peor fue el insoportable olor a cloaca en la habitación!! Y a cigarrillo todo el tiempo al parecer alguien fumó como una chimenea cerca de la habitación todo el tiempo. Asqueroso!
The staff were very kind, everything was clean and the stay overall was a lovely time!
I found having to constantly leave my key at reception inconvenient. I also let a receptionist know that i did not want housekeeping as I needed to be in the room - however a housekeeper did let themselves into my room. Finally the room was quite small for the price however did meet all my needs.

Bellissima esperienza, miglior posto per visitare Amsterdam. Location stupenda a due passi dai musei, camere pulite e grande tranquillità. Ottima colazione.
