We have stayed here for years and was pleased to see a lot of the positives we liked over the years were still here. Apartments very nice and spacious and staff very friendly, well maintained pool area always clean

Cons:

We were disappointed that there is no longer cleaning of the apartments or changing of the towels at all during a stay. Reception did arrange a clean for us when we asked, but were told that general practice is that there is a €2 charge per replacement towel or we can wash our own in the laundry room. For a family of 4 staying 10 days it doesn’t seem reasonable to have no fresh towels provided or change of beds.
Also a pity that the pool is no longer lit up at night. We used to really enjoy sitting on the balcony enjoying a view of the pool area lit up, however it is all in pitch darkness now

Pros:

The two bed apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms and a spacious lounge area. Kitchen had all the essentials. Plenty of room out on the balcony. We had a view of the pool. Aircon was very welcome and free WIFI a nice bonus. The swimming pool was a decent size with a separate toddler pool. Plenty of sunbeds available. If you wanted to head to the beach it was less than 5 mins walk. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Happy family holiday

El sofa del aparta.ento q nos toco muy pequeño y muy incómodo,el tema de la lavadora q es un ppcobrollo y manteles q no hay . nlo que menos nos gusto es el precio del bar y la comoda o cena para muy caro y mala calidad,seria genial q hicieran comida caseravyvalgo mas barato

Absolutamente todo, la ubicación, las instalaciones, el personal...

Llegamos al apartahotel de rebote porque nos cancelaron una reserva anterior y Booking nos gestionó este lugar.

Fue todo un acierto y la verdad que nos hizo la experiencia muy agradable porque veníamos con el día ya amargado.

Agradecemos mucho a todo el personal y la buenísima atención que nos han dado. Nos encantaron las instalaciones. Todo estuvo excelente, la ubicación inmejorable, muy cerca de la playa a 300 m de la playa y con piscina en las instalaciones.

Tienen un Alcampo justo al frente del hotel con su horario regular, que te permite comprar y gestionar bien tu estancia, pero luego tienes varios supermercados cercas que tienen un horario extendido y te salva de cualquier emergencia para fines de semana si se te olvidó algo. Eso hizo aún más agradable la estancia porque no teníamos que estar con la preocupación de dónde íbamos a comer o que íbamos a comprar.

Superb family holiday location, relaxed, clean and safe.
Pros:

Perfect location for a family holiday, close to shops, the beach, lovely restaurants and a safe small town. Apartments were well supplied, pool was lovely, never any hassle to get sunbeds. Staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Will recommend to others for sure.

Cons:

We completed online check in and arrived quite late - it still took quite a while at reception to pay deposits and check in fully.

Muy agradable y seguramente repetire
Pros:

El alojamiento todo fenomenal, instalaciones, limpieza, todo muy bien

Cons:

Los apartamentos podían proporcionar un kit de cocina mínimo, un poquito de sal, aceite, vinagre y azúcar,
La salida del apartamento a las 10 de la mañana me parece muy pronto no te da tiempo ni de desayunar tranquilamente ya
y la entrada a las 17h. es muy tarde. Ese aspecto esta muy mal.

Sofá muy incómodo. Solamente se puede aparcar en zona de pago, no hay aparcamiento gratuito en toda La Pineda

Geniales apartamentos.
Pros:

El apartamento estaba genial, limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicacion perfecta, 8 minutos port aventura en coche y 10 minutos andando de la playa que esta genial la de la Pineda. La piscina estupenda y pudimos pasar el dia despues del Check-out en la piscina y tienen unos vestuarios para cambiarse. Todo comodidades. Nos costo un poco caro pero mala mia, lo cogi con 10 dias solo. El personal muy agradable.

Cons:

El sofa cama era un pelin incomodo y pequeño, pero nada mas, las camas estaban muy bien.
