Agradable e interesante
Pros:

La ubicación del Hotel

Cons:

Nos asignaron habitación en el Tercer Piso, las escaleras son muy estrechas y subir y bajar maletas fue muy incómodo, sobre todo porque somos una pareja de más de 60 años, afortunadamente somos fuertes y gozamos de buena salud, pero deberían advertirlo previamente.

The property's text description and wide-angle photos are, in our opinion, misleading. Actual reality includes very small rooms and very steep, winding stairs which may be totally impossible for some - including my wife. We had to go elsewhere. Lost huge sum after a curt and unsympathetic response from management pointing to T&Cs. Might be viewed as a trap? Detailed study of reviews does reveal that the stairs issue repeats, but is too buried to be regarded as being fair, in our opinion! Transparency would be a big improvement. But if you have a head for heights etc, the location is great!

We had a lovely stay over all. It was quite expensive but no more so than any others we looked at.
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was small as was the bathroom but well laid out and as expected for a building of that age and style.

Cons:

Two of the four beds were quite uncomfortable with very hard mattresses with little padding. The other two were fine however.

The view was amazing and the receptionist was very friendly and nice, she made a warm welcome after a long trip :)
