Herrlich erholsames Wochenende
Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen frischen Kräutern, einer großen Teeauswahl und frisch gepresstem Saft. Das Abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Die Vorspeisen sind breitgefächert von Sushi bis vegetarische Appetizer. Das Schwimmbad ist ideal zum Schwimmen und die unterschiedlichen laden zum Verweilen ein. Auch den kleinen Relax-Garten haben wir gerne genutzt.

Familiär geführtes Hotel auf Top-Niveau
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet eine ausgezeichnete Gastronomie mit hoher Qualität: vom Frühstück bis hin zum Abendessen. Der Wellness-Bereich ist gemütlich mit vier Saunen, was für die Größe des Hauses recht umfangreich ist. Zuvorkommend und immer sehr freundlich war das gesamte Team, von der Rezeption bis zu den Servicekräften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Teils sehr schön, teils in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Sonniger Balkon mit gutem Blick auf den Achensee und die Berge, leider sehr laut wegen direkter Lage an der Hauptstraße (auch nachts).
Das Erdgeschoss des Hotels ist renoviert und stilvoll dekoriert.
Super Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.
Der Wellnessbereich war neuwertig und sehr schön (aber leider keine Seifenspender in den Duschen).
Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Cons:

Zumindest unser Zimmer versprühte den Charme der 90er Jahre mit sehr kleinem Bad.
Das Bett war leider sehr weich und die Matratze durchgelegen (Kuhle).
Der Teppich im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers war sehr fleckig.
Wenn man die Halbpension erst im Hotel dazu buchen will, kostet das Abendessen das Doppelte.
Im Zimmer gibt es keine Kaffee-Station und keinen Kühlschrank, aber das wussten wir bereits vor der Buchung.

In Schulnoten hätten wir dem Erdgeschoss, Wellnessbereich und Frühstück ein "sehr gut oder 1-" gegeben, dem Zimmer leider eine "3- oder 3,5", in Summe also Note 2,5, wobei es bei Booking.com nur 7 Punkte (gut) oder 6 Punkte (ansprechend) gibt.

Frage an booking.com:
Kann es sein, dass man als booking.com Kunde (mit genius level 3 und daher oft mit Preisnachlass) tendenziell eher schlechtere Zimmer bekommt?

Das gesamte Hotel Konzept:tolle Sauna und Spa Bereich. Viel fälligen Auswahl an Essen Frühstück, Abendessen und Snacks .
Ein sehr freundlichen Personal und auch sehr guten Aufenthalt und definitiv einen empfehlenswert.
